I don't know full details but the engine is the small green shunter type seen with passengers loading in the still image at the beginning of this video.
Fabulous! Reminds me of my childhood riding on the 7.25 gauge at Bridlington (East Yorkshire). Would love to visit - any more details?? Thanks for posting.
