I was 120 lbs at 22 years old.. got chubby by the time I was 24... worked out hard, just ate right and focused on proper training.. in 2 years I was almost build like this guy in the video except just not as cut do to the lack of cardio. I weighed 190 all natural pretty big. I haven't worked out in a long time so now I have a gut with barely any definition around 170. Forget about gains.. just eat right, sleep right and exercise right.... you'll see results.

  • @DrumCoversFromHell too much on the arms bro. when you work out a muscle group you want to leave it around a week before working them again - so they're fully recovered. also, make sure you're working your other muscle groups so you're gaining weight whilst burning fat and giving yourself an all-round healthier appearance ;)

A snack in between breakfast and dinner would be whole weat bread with dry tuna. Lunch: Dry chicken breast, a bunch of boiled carrots & broccoli. Snack: Bananna & Apples. Dinner: Same as Lunch. Is this sufficient or just not not enough? By the way I only drink water but is it ok to consume juices during your meals too?? Thanks!

Please click on the annotation link where it provides information such as drug test I have taken and passed, passed drug test forms, and even pictures of myself as young as 14. Action speak loud than words and I will let my videos speak on my behalf.

  • @roughneckasian Ok thats cool you passed drug tests. Its quite obvious you have taken steroids in the past to achieve the size and now are basically maintaining or building off of what you gained while cycling.

    Steroids stay in the system for usually at MAX 18 months. Sure you are competing natural now and passing drug tests but that doesnt mean you haven't been on the gear in the past.
