Hi hi! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy got great 6 pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.
um that was really fast weight loss, not healthy. She is goign to gain that back in the same amount of time she lost it. one lb of fat is = to 3,500 calories. Just think about it.
No issues showing, even way way overweight your belly is flat as a pancake, and your breasts don't change at all...you carry weight the best there is. Truly a master at holding on to emergency food source. On the down side you wouldn't know the problems of those with sagging upper underarm areas, or belly fat, bulges or tires in the middle, top heavy w/skinny legs, bottom heavy with no upper torso fat, double chin...many problems you don't have at all...
Focus on good diet and a balanced lifestyle of plenty of sleep, water, and exercise. Losing weight too quickly is a shock to your entire system and can be dangerous and makes it more likely you will gain the weight back. Stop looking for silver bullets to weight loss.

@zolumpus You're so wrong I'm afraid. Tell that to the people who counted calories everyday for years and at the end of the day had a deficit yet stayed the same weight or gained weight. It is about nutrients/calories. You must have more nutrients then calories. Eat nutrient dense foods and it is impossible to gain weight. 60% vegetables/fruits 20% Whole grains and 20% lean proteins(Nuts,beans,seeds, and lean meats no more than 3 times a week)
@jdotsu actually as long as its a varied diet you can basically eat you want just less of it i was in school 4 years ago i was 5 stone over weight then when i quit i realised how much junk i was eating then decided to stop eating so much and i lost my weight quite quickly and is in perfect shape tbh and i just eat as much junk but hit the gym or go on me wiifit and ave fun
