I am trying to be a good Christian, I desperately want to have faith in Jesus. But I have been trying to decern truth from lies. What I have found is the Muslims and Christians only pull out verses from each others books that support contradiction and fail to look at explaining verses after the ones they have used. I'm going to try to look into this. This logic makes a lot of sense.

Their goal is to narrowly MISAPPLY 'God is not tempted with evil' or 'God cannot be tempted by evil' as half of their fallacious proof that Jesus is not God.

The following statement demonstrates the two meanings in a context - 'Satan tempted Jesus but Jesus was not tempted by Satan'.

Surah 5:68 tells the Jews and Chrsitians to follow through on what was originally mentioned in their books. That is to implement the command to follow Muhammad, peace be upon him, and the book he was sent with, the Quran. @RoseWarda1 I have read portions of the Quran, my friend. And the text i HAVE read simply does not contain truth. It is disorganized and chaotic. It is rambling and does not even teach in a coherent, methodical way. This is VERY different from the writings of the Prophets, from Adam to Jesus.

It DOES NOT MEAN it is impossible to MAKE THE OFFER.

The word 'TEMPT' and 'TEMPTED' has multiple meanings, my friend.

Satan TEMPTED (1) Jesus, and yet Jesus WAS NOT Tempted (2).

(1) TEMPTED means that Satan MADE AN OFFER of an OPPORTUNITY to commit sin.

(2) Tempted means ENTICED, DRAWN, having an INCLINATION or TENDENCY to sin.

Jesus WAS NOT TEMPTED(2), even though SATAN MADE THE OFFER.
