The reason why none of this is working is because you're all DOING IT WRONG. If you were using it on Backtrack or another Linux distro, you'd need 4 terminal windows and about 10 differend commands.

He only typed one command, thus the program misses a lot of required information. That's why, in every video, you get the same key.

Btw, I seriously doubt if an iPhone is capable of decrypting the key before its battery drains from processong thousands of packets.

to crack a wifi you need at least two laptops.. one that generates traffic enough and other one that collects the packages. After enough packages (thousands), you can use aircrack to find the key... it's not possible with the iphone, unless you have 2 wifi network cards in your iphone.

@Ap3Bathing Doesn't the .ivs file already have information in it? Like a predetermined key? Because i can crack our wep at work using the great host of tools that come in back track such as aircrack. The ipod touch would have to support packet injection which it does not. It's just more of a demonstration than anything. Unless i am missing something, lol.
