Whatever is happening its not normal. These arent just some chemical reaction thats causing people to lose partial control of their speech patterns. THERE IS ALWAYS A REASONE FOR THINGS. And to just dissmiss these things and forget about it would be a mistake. Television Stations broadcast (send/receive) live with microwave transmitters. They are picking up background military channels broadcasting in microwave bands. Reporter's minds get temporary scrambled by the m- wave drift. The brain is very sensitive to intense EMP fields. This causes the stroke-like mental state.

Or maybe CNN, or better still FOX??? Now that would be funny! And if it 'was' mind-control, would you actually expect them to admit to it, with perhaps something like: "Yep, it's experimental mind-control, and the military has been well and truly busted!" Hmmm, don't think so.
