I traveled through these checkpoints many time, as a big rig operator. Having the checkpoints where they are, is for a reason Mr. Anderson does not seem to grasp. DPS has no arrest power on a Federal easement. All Border Patrol checkpoints are on easements granted by local authorities. The Federal Government has jurisdiction at these checkpoints. The DPS has no authority here. Those idiot DPS cops didn't even read Anderson has "Miranda Rights" after they arrested him. Those DPS cops are in deep do-do.

The BP attorneys cant stop laughing. It will be the last time DPS will ever respond to a checkpoint

The DSP's main beef with Pastor Stevens at this point is that he went straight to youtube, instead of calling them so they could cover the whole thing up. All these Border Patrol and DPS agents should be put in prison for violating the basic rights of an American citizen.

It is rare that these cases even make it one the media. Usually one thing will not check out and no challenge to violation of rights cannot be made. I guess we need more pastors to make peaceful demonstrations to challenge this "change" happening in America. The Az government agencies smell very stinky in this case.
