Roy should've told Springsteen the words are Sweet Dream Baby.....NOT Sweet DREAMS Baby.....If you're gonna sing a classic with one of the best, at least get the lyrics right. A little less spit out Springsteen's mouth might be nice too.
foi do melhor quando havia muito a escolher, havia o prazer de ir correndo comprar o LP.... agora é só gravar no cell. não há a emoção de ter guardado e mostrar aos amigos, orgulhoso que tem... !!!!
@TheCLLLKM he may have told him he was cool, but I can promise you he didnt say he was f**kin cool......every person including his wife said time and time again, Roy never used the word or any kind of vulgar words, guess it wasnt his style.........regardless how he said it, Roy and Bruce very much enjoyed the company, he helped Roy in so many ways those last few years of his life, between him and Jeff Lynne telling him how special his music was......thank you Bruce for helping Roy.
@jdolew everyone on stage is a somebody. Besides the 3 you pointed out, there is also, Jackson Browne (i believe) and T-Bone Burnette. Who's T-Bone Burnette? He did the fantastic "Walk the Line" soundtrack most recently and a billion other things. Also the back-up band is Elvis Pressley's last road band. Lead guitar is James Burton who has played with EVERYONE, Ricky Nelson, Buck Owens, Emmy Lou Harris, Elvis of course. On piano is Glen D Hardin who also played everyone- literally.
@ramey58 thanks, i just couldn't remember. what a remarkable performance. if it wasn't recorded, everyone would have thought it was a myth or something
@rustednails you forget JD Souther and Ronnie Tutt--JD and Ronnie were apart of Elvis' band and Ronnie now plays for Neil Diamond. And don't forget the back up singers; Bonnie Raitt, Jennifer Warrens(?) and K D Lang! :) and Tom Waite played piano as well Awesome concert!!

The time passed by so fast 22 years I still not see such a good combination of great music like this before.
Thank to the great work they all give to the world.

KD Lang... I thought it was Glenn Hoddle.

Rick Springstein looks like he is going to lay an egg. KD Lang really enjoyed herself. And Roy Orbison will go down in history as one of the best.
