The first timeI played it took me forever to kill the Lich in there though... I would recommend getting the Ebony Blade from the Shrine of Mephala before fighting Lorgram Beneris' Lich in Beneris Manor (The Lich that was originally on the alter)
Talk to Velwyn Benirus in "The Count's Arms" hotel to start the quest to get the house, and to have it fixed up proper you have to finish the quest, you can't buy everything for it like the other houses in TESIV

the helm is the hardest to find definatly but do you know the part where you come out of the crypt and back to the first level of the tomb where you find the boots and stuff well before you go down the hole in the ground look in the back left corner of the room, the helm should be there =P hope this helps

You get that blue glass sword as a reward for completing the quest where youll have to help two guys clearing their farm from goblins. youll get that sword if both guys survive. youll get that guest at chorrol in the tavern called "the grey mare".

Follow Velwyn to the sellar where he will open the door.
oh god dammit! it's anvil. benirus mannor or something. you get it for a few gold from velwyn benirus because you have to break the curse of lorgren benirus first. many ghosts, lorgren himself, and so on...
ive seen better mods, that room becomes avalible when you finnish the mission when you buy the house, theres no helm no sword no sheild or anything good.

You can buy it from most gameshops btw, but buying it from the Marketplace gives you the full game and you get to keep it. Just make sure it's the one which asks you to pay 2400 points and you should be fine
If you want to find it then exit Leyawin from the right side of town then walk up the shore between the water and the land and keep going north from there and you will eventually bump into "Amelion's Tomb"
The armor seems pretty cool..its to bad that the stats on it aren't very good. If the stats were at least decent then this armor might have been better appreciated.
I mean its one of the only custom "Character name" armors in the whole entire game that has a full suit.

The dead lich is the remains of a necromancer who wanted to become immortal. The actual armor is found in a cave during a fighters guild quest, and there are only 3 full sets of it in the game, is that common?

no.. there's a mission where you go help a girl near leyawiin and have to enter a cave where her father or grandpa was laid to rest to get her the armor to sell. Instead you can go get the armor and return to her but instead give her the gold to pay off the debt and you get the armor.

That armor sucks major dick. First of all that room is just part of a quest for a house you buy in anvil. That altar is where a dead lich was and you had to kill him. He set that up and put all of the weapons there. Second of all, all of the stuff there sucks dick. Compared to the actual good items of the game that shit is so common in random caves around cyrodiil. Who ever made this is one dumb mother fucker!

The dead lich is the remains of a necromancer who wanted to become immortal. The actual armor is found in a cave during a fighters guild quest, and there are only 3 full sets of it in the game, is that common?

its armor you can acquire from a fighters guild quest. He just changed the game language to make the name look fancy. He placed the set of armor in the 5000g haunted house you can purchase in anvil from some guy in the inn.

no.. there's a mission where you go help a girl near leyawiin and have to enter a cave where her father or grandpa was laid to rest to get her the armor to sell. Instead you can go get the armor and return to her but instead give her the gold to pay off the debt and you get the armor.
