Looks absolutely fantastic. You've done a great job. I used to have a Hornet as a little boy but I think I might have to get one of these to relive my fading youth!! Would you recommend one? Do you have any video of it running?

what are thos 2 metal things on the rear behind the sway bar i recentlry have acquired a vintage hot shot and mine does not have them. are they needed? and congrats on fixing up your hotshot, it looks great!!!

@skatesoft44 thank you.they are heat resistors you will only need them if you run an old style speed controller.
