@xshadow1470 depends on what organization you train under. In WTF (world taekwondo federation) or olympic style TKD there are punches to the chest but they aren't emphasized as much as kicks. No sweeping or grabbing of the legs is allowed and neither is pushing with the hands. WTF/Olympic Taekwondo is sport taekwondo and it is very fun. :)
lol, there is punching but idk bout grabbing their legs when they kick, maybe some other technique is used.
