well whatever laptop you are getting is gonna be shit... the price of hte iphone is $199, and half of that is 100, in which you cannot buy any laptop, even crappy laptops...

Well the iphone in Australia is $800, and there are decent computers out there for $400 dollars at the moment with 2gig ram and Gforce 7600 graphics card. Remember it aint for gaming!
