  • Im 14 and i got 305 on bench.lol

  • chuck norris did that in his mother vagina #NBD and now he can lift the earth 2 times #watabeast

  • i weigh 122lbs and can bench 280 lbs.

  • First of all this IS 275. Thats all i really do, Good job tho man

  • lol at 45+45=95

  • That was def 275 you dumbass im in weights

  • I weigh 3 lbs and can rep 950 lbs for 35 reps, is that good?

  • 90+25+115, now take 115*2+230 now take 230+45=275 HE'S RIGHT nuff said. jesus.

  • im 13 ans my highest bench is 150lbs

  • I bet you thought this freshman was real... Nope, Chuck testa

  • @thatbeastguy you forgot to add the bar which is 45 and that comes out to 275!

  • Ima fresh and i can bench 325 and bench 425

  • @creamsticks that doesnt make sense

  • 180 lbs :))))

  • He weak

  • I'm 94 years old and bench a stick with two teddies on each side

  • I benched my umbilical cord when I was still in my moms belly. I ran a mile In .44444444 seconds. Now I'm four and I bench 445 lbs...... With one Hand. Nobody gives 2 Shits about your athletic stats.

  • My friend can bench more than this though, he can bench 325, freshmen, hey but your pretty good for a freshmen!

  • I am also 2 years old, when I was born I could bench 8000 and run a 1.1 40!!

  • I'm 14 and I'm hitting 225

  • damn,i'm 15 my muscles look bigger but my max is 220

  • thats a good start, keep it up. as a junior I benched 325lb and and could squat 600.

  • My school has the national record for squating suck it! Haha

  • yeah hey great lift but just so you know i benched 415 when i was 7 years old at a body weight of 85 lbs...oh and your form is all wrong too and mine is better even though in reality ive actually never lifted i just watch people do it on youtube.

  • Got 375 squat 215 bench as freshman... Nice man

  • haha nice with journey in the backround

  • I can get 165, maybe more. I don't do 1 rep max, because of the football season. Looks good though, my school has had better. We're 5 time state champs, 4 years in a row. My school sees greatness.

  • @Musso110 are you fucking stupid? "oh yeah so i guess we should just take 45 lbs off just because its a bar, but its not like it was included in his lift or anything" dumbass...

  • that was one bench

  • I got 295 last year when I was a freshman. I got it when I was 14.

  • great job dude! but the barbell's weight isn't supposed to be counted

  • @Musso110 are you dumb? why wouldn't you count the barbells weight? youre benching the weight of the barbell arent you? so thats why you add it dummy

  • @Musso110 you're a fucking idiot dude.

  • THIS GUY IS GOING TO SNAP SOME SHIT UP

  • thats a shitty ass weight room.

  • that's not 275 more like 230. because what hes lifting is 2- 45 on each side in then a 25 on each side comes up to be 230!

  • @thatbeastguy11 Wow...I'm not sure if they have these at your gym, but we put weights on things called "barbells." The olympic bar weighs 45 lbs....Try your math again. (Hint: 230 plus the 45 lb bar = 275 pounds!)

  • @jhashey This kid is strong. The freshman record for bench press in my school is 265. People can never accept the true reason as to why people like this are successful, which is hard work, so they make up 100 other reasons lol

  • @jhashey i agree with you completely........ but the olympic bar weighs 75lbs, and a standard wieghs 45lbs.

  • @Haydenm4carbine The bar they use in the Olympics weighs 20 kilos, or just under 45 pounds. I'm pretty sure it's an "Olympic bar".

  • @jhashey you better be playing football dude! dont waste your talent.

  • @jhashey no thats still 230 add all together

  • @pyrojr7 Idiot... 45 lb bar plus four 45 lb plates is 225 plus two 25 lb weights is 275....

  • @pyrojr7 you my friend. need to go back to elementary school and learn some arithmetic

  • @jhashey lmfao that guys an idiot

  • @jhashey For sure. I Dont think that guy has ever lifting weights before.. Stupid ass troller.

  • @thatbeastguy11 dumbass,

  • @thatbeastguy11 2 plates is already 225? how the hell could 2 25's is 50 pounds? idiot.

  • @thatbeastguy11 Try including a bar once

  • @thatbeastguy11 you forgot to mention the bars 45

  • @thatbeastguy11 Yeah dude, you always ad the weight of the bar in with the plates. 45 lbs.

  • @thatbeastguy11 loool where did u learn how to count

    bar is 45

    4 plates plus bar = 225

    2-25s plus other weight = 275

  • @thatbeastguy11 LMAO jhashey made you look like a bitch

  • @thatbeastguy11 the bars 45 itself nice try tho kid

  • @thatbeastguy11

    dumass

  • @thatbeastguy11 dont forget the bar which is 45lbs dumbass

  • @thatbeastguy11 hhahahahahahahah!! wow

  • @thatbeastguy11 Wow you're one of those guys who needs a counting chart.lol

  • @thatbeastguy11 um... two 45lb plates on each side of the bar + a 25lb plane on each side of the bar definitely equals 275.

  • @thatbeastguy11 The bar is also 45lbs....

  • @thatbeastguy11 yeah dude that was a pretty stupid comment.

  • @thatbeastguy11 45x4=180 + 45 (the bar) 225 + 50 (the two 25 lb plates) = 275 ., learn your math asshole lol!

  • @thatbeastguy11 you're such a dumbass

  • @thatbeastguy11 let's do math....two plates is 225....and then add the two 25 lbs...which is 50......225+50.....I think that's 275.........

  • @thatbeastguy11 Hahaha man what a fail, and your comment is on "uploader comments", I can't imagine the amount of replies people are sending you by seeing it there.

  • @thatbeastguy11 Yea haha weightless bar?

  • @thatbeastguy11 plus the 45lb bar...

  • @thatbeastguy11 what about the 45 pound bar dumbass

  • @thatbeastguy11 dude, have you ever lifted a weight in your life? You just made yourself sound like the biggest freakin tool. What a joke. Hahahaha!

  • @thatbeastguy11 You're so dumb hahahaha. the bar is 45. 45 +45 = 95 + 45 =135. + 95 = 225 + 50 = 275... simple math my friend.

  • @Tony10Mack 45+45=95....good one lol

  • @thatbeastguy11 plus the bar

  • @thatbeastguy11 Is Down's Syndrome prevalent in your family?

  • @thatbeastguy11 You must have never lifted weights. scrub

  • @thatbeastguy11 Barbells are 45 pounds buddy. Try using free weights, not a machine :P

  • Hi, I ate a fishermans boat and found a laptop. Im a whale and I have a 56 inch penis, and can flip entire boats with a twirl from my body. So stfu humans....

  • allright bud! thats impressive for a 14 year old, im 15 and my max is 240

  • great job kid! hope your football season goes is well!

  • guys how much can 185 pound person bench max?

  • @Lanixpop theres not a limit to your max based on your weight. my friend is 155lbs and max is 260. and another friend is 160lbs and max is like 170. based on strenght

  • @TheOliminator based on how long you have been benching.my first time i started out maxing 95lbs. then within 3 months i was beching 160lbs my wieght is 115lbs.

  • @Lanixpop It depends on many more things than just weight...height technique, positioning, strength in the lift. For example, my friend can do 335 at 190, while at 195 I can only do 265 or 275. Granted, I can squat over 100 pound more than him, but it depends on a lot of factors.

Some people, even if they train at it, just suck at benching, but are good at other lifts.

  • im 1 year ole and i do 700 paunds

  • yea and i'm 11 with a 24 inch penis and it can lift 390 :)

  • @lilchesseable O_O I'm 3, with a 77 inch penis and I bench 5000 :P

  • 0:24 sick pit stains

  • Cool! He's gonna be in a strongman competition one day!

  • i can do that 16 times... but I'm almost 20, so a 14 year old maxing out on this.. Nice, cuz when i was 14 i was weak as shit.

  • Dang nice. I'm only at 200lbs :/

  • well i am 12 and i am 10' and i can bench press 600000000 poundsin a second and i can run a mile in 2.2 seconds, beat that

  • lmao, ripping and tearing only makes your muscles larger. Wait till he gets older and all of his muscle turns to fat. light weight, high repetition is the way to go. Real muscle lasts, his muscles will give 10 times quicker than someone with a better work out routine. I feel sorry for this poor kid

  • @MrStarkice you obviously have no idea who these guys are.

  • @TwinkieTe thank you!

  • who cares what your bench press numbers are - a strong heart can move a freakin' mountain . . . with your bench pressin' ass on top of it ! I' ll be in the major leagues while you're still worried about benching 400 lbs. Good luck to ya !

  • I'm 6 and I can bench over 45,000 lbs

  • Im 14, 170 lbs and 6'1 but my bench press max is 210. I'll post a video sometime soon.

  • well done young man

  • You Should Come Down To West Texas. Im Not Gunna Brah Like Everyone Else Sayin, I Bench 400 Pounds Because Everyone Knows Its A Lie. But Here You Could Go To Permian High School In Odessa We Have 8th Graders Doing 300. But Not Downing You Good Job.

  • I can do 8x8x8 with 140, havent maxed out ever. 1 rep doesnt really show much though, im 15

  • i'm 90 and i can still do more than you

  • I'm 5 11'5 and I have a 14 inch penis.

  • dude its one rep thats really no improvement

  • don't mind me I'm your typical youtube viewer that watches work out videos and negatively critiques workouts even though I'm a 5'5 190 lbs. fat ass who just got done masturbating 5 times because I haven't come close to getting laid in my entire life. Instead of working out, I watch star wars movies and play COD all day on my xbox where i scream nigger every five seconds.

  • @nealo786 congrats bro

  • real impressive, im 14 and mine is 225 but i weigh 180 so im pretty happpy with where im at

  • big whoop i benched 320 as a freshman

  • When I first started bench pressing, all I could lift was the bar at 14.

  • Even a video of a kid doing absolutely nothing wrong with a decent amount of weight gets disliked.

  • @0NLYUSEmeTROLL Because nobody gives a shit about doing a decent amount of weight. People only care if you do something insane.

  • im 19 and i just now can bench that lol

  • my friend benched 305 in 8th grade poon

  • and my name is Chuck Norris..

  • how much does he weight? just wondering...

  • aww yea, journey is my jam when i work out lmao

  • Oh yeah? I can bench 300!...ounces

  • you can use protein shakes forever kid...

  • I'm going to be completely honest....I'm 14 and can bench 500(- 320) pounds

  • @xRFGSxFullmetal stfu puss

  • That's not his max he has to do it at least 3 times for it to be his max.

  • @xMaFiiaxThEffT a max is one rep....who u learn from?????????????

  • @xMaFiiaxThEffT are you retarded? You're wrong, and you're stupid.

  • @xMaFiiaxThEffT Not if its his 1 rep max

  • @xMaFiiaxThEffT You're fucking retarded. Max is MAXIMUM effort. Meaning ONCE.

  • 110lb increase in 1 year damn nice

  • well since everybody seems to be off topic, nice lift and keep it up

  • I'm 22 and can't bench that much on flat bench. I feel like a pussy now.

  • Good lift man. Keep it up. Great to see your progress now.

  • oh yeah well im 5 years old and i have bitch tits

  • oh yeah i was born 1 hour ago and can already bench press 5000 SUCK IT

  • oh yeah im a newborn weigh7 pounds and can bench 900

  • I'm 7 and I have an 11 inch penis.

  • @dimiyaj u meen centimeters

  • @thepersonfromurmom it would probably still be bigger than urs

  • @dimiyaj lol

  • @dimiyaj Yeah? Well I'm 11, my penis is 4 inches, but it can BENCH that right there!

  • @Reb32573 he didnt say he was 11 he said he was 7...

  • @dimiyaj did u have a miss type cuz your mom told me milimeter

  • @dimiyaj I'm gay so it's cool.

  • YE well i can bench 60 lbs at age 25!

  • His grip is close as fuck.

  • @shadowvowed187 you could not be more wrong about anything ever

  • finally a video where someone shows true strength, not some jumbo ass who bends his elbows down 2 inches

  • the funny ass thing is, most guys that try and lift alot or ''powerlift'' are fat, slow, and probably can't fight for shit. Bodybuilding is a real mans sport.

  • @shadowvowed187 Its not exactly a sport, its a livestyle.

  • @shadowvowed187 eh thats a pretty retarded thing to say dude. bodybuilding consists of high reps with about 70 percent of max lifts all the time in order to effectively tear down muscle fibres so as to progress in growth where as powerlifting actually requires strenght and technique in a completely different capacity in order to always continuously increase brute power. if anything would make you efficient for fighting it would be powerlifting moron! as bodybuilding is just pure cosmetic looks

  • @shadowvowed187, wow youre an idiot. you do realize that bodybuilding is all about looks right? it doesnt matter how fast you are, how tough you are, or how well you fight in bodybuilding, as long as you have big muscles and look good. so if taking a bunch of steroids, getting a spray tan, and wearing a speedo makes you a man then bodybuilding is a very manly sport.

  • @jakegussler steroids are actually not legal in bodybuilding :P Just fyi. And if you get bio with it, it is a manly sport in the fact it requires testosterone.

  • @shadowvowed187 No, the "funny ass thing" is... Your fuckin dumb kld...I say this assuming you are neither a bodybuilder or power-lifter... Just a fat kid in his moms basement with a stupid opinion. Both sports are "a real mans sport"....

  • Stunt growth by lifting weights? I don't know about that but i do know that everyone is built differently. I'm a freshman in high school playing football at the center position as well. I'm 6'2 weighing in at 285 but reppin' 365 on bench. No, i'm not white..i'm samoan and i'm from cali

  • @BOSS20s You're not repping 365 stop lying

  • How tall are you? Im just curious as to whether or not you stunted your growth at all because my friend is a sophmore as of this year and benches around 335. He hit 305 as his final max when he was a freshmen. Unfortunately he stunted his growth horribly and may not be able to play varsity football because of his height. Hes a center and is about 5'5.

  • @geordys1

Dude, your growth doesn't get stunted with weights. I was 177cm (5'9.75") at 16 when I started, and I'm 183.5cm (6'0.25") now. My max bench was 72.5kg (160lbs) at 16 and now it's 105kg-107.5kg (231lbs-237lbs). I've been doing this for a year of proper training, so I disproved that myth. I actually figured that 5'10" wasn't a bad height so it didn't matter to me if I got stunted, but it's nice being 6'0" and still stay strong :)

  • @usayeed727 Thats a bit low of a gain man. When i started 2 months ago my max bench was 155. Now i'm up to 250 2 months later. No youtube bs either.

  • @usayeed727 ide hardly call 2 plates on each side strong for 6 foot just sayin lol

  • @geordys1 its been proven that it doesn't also he might of just stopped growing some people do.

  • that is nothing , when I was an embryo I held all known universes in palm of my hand , even doctors said : that is one powerful embryo

  • That's pretty good, but I did 275 for 10 when I was only t-156 days till birth.

  • White people are so strong

  • dang u beat me by 15lbs

  • hhahah i benched 250 and im a sophmore i feel bad lol

  • jesus christ, I'm a D1 athlete and can't do that yet lol

  • dude that is so sick good job my max for bench in 8th was 225 but i was skinny as hell then i got into drugs and quit football :/.... anyways good job keep at it!

  • i don't get it , how can someone this fuckin young lift so much weight?... wtf

  • @whitekid3 ur testosterone is higher when ur young

  • Im 14 and I started lifting when i was 12, back then (6th grade) i could lift about 90lbs, then (7th grade) 13 years old by the end of last summer i had a 70lb increase so i could lift 160lbs, (8th grade) Now at 14 i had a 60lb increase.. i can now lift 220lbs and its increasing rapidly... This kid in the video is amazing lol, i hope by the end of next summer i can lift around 300lbs.

  • Hey, I'm 17'6", 14lbs and bench press 3,460 x 3, but I was 12 when I did that, now I'm 17 and 47'11" and weigh 8 and bench 6,350 for 19, but hey you're doin' good for your age buddy.

  • haha i maxed out at 120lbs my freshmen year. before sophomore year i maxed out at 225 lbs. its right now before my junior year and my max is 275lbs. pretty good for having two shoulder surgeries causing me to fall about a year and a half behind on my lifting :)

  • i gotta say ur alot lot more stronger than u look
