He hit 305 as his final max when he was a freshmen. Unfortunately he stunted his growth horribly and may not be able to play varsity football because of his height. Hes a center and is about 5'5.
Dude, your growth doesn't get stunted with weights. I was 177cm (5'9.75") at 16 when I started, and I'm 183.5cm (6'0.25") now. My max bench was 72.5kg (160lbs) at 16 and now it's 105kg-107.5kg (231lbs-237lbs). I've been doing this for a year of proper training, so I disproved that myth. I actually figured that 5'10" wasn't a bad height so it didn't matter to me if I got stunted, but it's nice being 6'0" and still stay strong :)

Im 14 and I started lifting when i was 12, back then (6th grade) i could lift about 90lbs, then (7th grade) 13 years old by the end of last summer i had a 70lb increase so i could lift 160lbs, (8th grade) Now at 14 i had a 60lb increase.. i can now lift 220lbs and its increasing rapidly... This kid in the video is amazing lol, i hope by the end of next summer i can lift around 300lbs.

Dude, your growth doesn't get stunted with weights. I was 177cm (5'9.75") at 16 when I started, and I'm 183.5cm (6'0.25") now. My max bench was 72.5kg (160lbs) at 16 and now it's 105kg-107.5kg (231lbs-237lbs). I've been doing this for a year of proper training, so I disproved that myth. I actually figured that 5'10" wasn't a bad height so it didn't matter to me if I got stunted, but it's nice being 6'0" and still stay strong :)

@usayeed727 Thats a bit low of a gain man. When i started 2 months ago my max bench was 155. Now i'm up to 250 2 months later. No youtube bs either.

dude that is so sick good job my max for bench in 8th was 225 but i was skinny as hell then i got into drugs and quit football :/.... anyways good job keep at it!

Im 14 and I started lifting when i was 12, back then (6th grade) i could lift about 90lbs, then (7th grade) 13 years old by the end of last summer i had a 70lb increase so i could lift 160lbs, (8th grade) Now at 14 i had a 60lb increase.. i can now lift 220lbs and its increasing rapidly... This kid in the video is amazing lol, i hope by the end of next summer i can lift around 300lbs.

Hey, I'm 17'6", 14lbs and bench press 3,460 x 3, but I was 12 when I did that, now I'm 17 and 47'11" and weigh 8 and bench 6,350 for 19, but hey you're doin' good for your age buddy.

haha i maxed out at 120lbs my freshmen year. before sophomore year i maxed out at 225 lbs. its right now before my junior year and my max is 275lbs. pretty good for having two shoulder surgeries causing me to fall about a year and a half behind on my lifting :)
