Why don't you just do squats alone? Squats work all your leg muscles. No need to do machine crap to isolate muscles.

Looked pretty good actually, you still had decent speed on your last reps. I'd probably slow to a crawl.

@pieman12345678900 I try to do all my lifts in a controlled manner as much as I can for fear of injury. I don't do high speed squats.

@YoCard I was always taught to lift as fast as possible to keep fast twitch muscle fibers/ gain more.
