@randomlynessive the curse is more of a combat recon ship. tracking disruptors arent really required if you know what your doing, The pilgrim is better suited for the tracking disruptors.

what do you think about the loadout at battleclinic? the one that is top rated. and how long did it take you to train to fit your curse the way it is now? I have a one month old character with learning skills at 5/4. I'm thinking about training towards a curse. according to evemon, it's gonna take me about 5 months total to train the battleclinic loadout.

@ronpack i m not sure what battleclinic fit you're talking about. It talks about 6months to have the skills to unlock it. Then another 6 months to spec it out. So about a year of specialized training......get on the test server and try different fits out

That's what the Pilgrim is for :-) Curses don't really have the low slots for an armor tank (Pilgrim has 1 more I believe) and you want a decent buffer for the beginning stage of the fight where you haven't locked them down. Pilgrims don't have range bonus to neuts but do have Cov Ops so you can sneak up cloacked to within neut range, and then just td's + neut them at close range since they have slots for armor tank.

@TenTr0n I have a little bit of a problem with a corp mate of mine who keeps trying to pop my ships with his curse over some petty dispute that apparently he is still pissed off over. I have not lost any ships to it sofar but I have not been able to drive him off either. I would rather not leave the corp since I am still on good terms with the rest of my corpies. To put a stop to this I am going to have to force him into submission. Any suggestions on how I might do that?

also the curse is just such an awesome ship. only survived to one yesterday in my rook, because the pilot was dumb enough to activate his neuts together, leaving me enough cap reg to get a jam cycle off and warp. can be awesome tanks as far as cov ops go as well.
