shot a buck and doe w the reapers-doe was quartering away and buck was broadside both under 30yds-the broad head gave me a three foot wide blood trail and both only went about 50yds-can not say enough about them! great product!-thx

Grim reaper razor tip is the best expandable broadhead. I've killed my first deer with them and it went 30yrds and droped dead. when they say watch'em drop they mean it!

I used these exclusively last year to hunt anteope mostly, and a lot of deer and elk. They work BETTER than this comercial indicates. SERIOUSLY deadly mechanicals!!!! Shot a doe slightly quartering to, with a pass through. Shot at a lot of antelope and missed. Little buggers are smaller than they look! Only problem is in the case of a miss. They are very finicky about opening all the way up again with even the slightest bit of dirt in them or a bit of rust, etc. Just keep them clean!

Ok I know some of you are MORONS i didnt know all of you were. listen forward opening broadheads are the worst DEFLECTION!!! and small entry, so kenetic energy is a loss on far shots 20% pass through that far so your left with almost no blood trail, you best bet is rear opening like the rage or the truefire i rec. the three blade rage 0 deflection and very large entry on long shots with no pass through which means big blood trail,or your trad. fix blade which GR has a great one. HOYT #1

Worst? Prove it! Entrance wound size doesn't mean shit. It's the temporary wound channel that counts. My Grimreaper's cut a 1 3/4" wound channel. I have seen people hit with a .22 cal. bullte (very small entrance wound) and bleed like a stuck pig. As far as deflection, witch the video again....dumbass!

the truffire is crap. looks cheap and that head if anything will cause bad penetration. rage is ok at best. the o rings are bad and its not to hard to break them.

that being said i dont use expandles anymore. had both 2 and 3 blade rage and didnt like them. magnus stingers and slicktrick mags for me.

but the reapers are pretty sick heads.

the crimsons are so so nice. i love mine. one of the most accurate heads i have used thus far and that spirls wound channel is a freakin monster. animals hit with a talon dont go far at all. i use tham and know others that do to. great heads.

Actually, due to the advancements of arrows such as these I have noticed that animals that I hunt die faster and in less pain to to the increased ability to damage key vitals. By the way, Yes I eat what I kill.
