Pro business is pro people. Businesses are just collections of people. Business create the products and services we need, and they hire people and produce wealth. Businesses are good, and we need to get the government out of the damn way.
She is saying get away from the nany state so business wants to come to SC. Increased business revenues will generate taxable transactions and there will not need to be additionals fees/taxes imposed. ROCK ON, NIKKI!!
Business=Earnings=Employments=Taxes=Government Income=Government Spending hence the state needs to be Business Friendly. This allows new enterprise to be born. More people are attracted to go into business. Look at classic example of how many companies have relocated to SC and how many have actually started in SC from foreign countries. I think NIkki is on the right path for the state. She has new initiatives that will continue to fuel the growth in the State.
Business-Friendly? Get away from government and towards business? Does she not realize the businesses that fund the government? So, she wants South Carolina to become a business state, rather than a united state? This seems to me like a separation, which is very likely in many states, but this will ultimately divide the country, I think. It's what I call the United Corporations of America.

Nikki has shunned her Sikh faith in the hopes of becoming Governor
How can she represent the people of the state when she doesnt even represent the community which you were born into?
She has changed her faith, her name, and has distanced herself from anything and everything Sikh
She couldn't even stand up for the honor of her father and the Sikh community after the 'raghead' comment
Does the State want another political opportunist with nothing new to offer?

Need to be more pro-people than pro-business, but its better than being pro-government.

We didn't create the problem. The government fired the first shot. We just have to protect our state.
