The volume of posts added with uniformity of purpose and verbiage point to boiler-room type operations. Which are foreign interests? Google "department of homeland security" and at bottom click contact us. Give them the names of those posting hate speech as well as the videos name and the poster of the video. I am seeking a lawyer surfing Youtube who is willing to help bring a law suit against them. The basis for this is cyberspace versus real space personal conduct. If you are in a restaurant or sporting auditorium that facility is responsible for controlling conduct while in operation. Youtube does not conduct this practice but instead performs what it feels is a proprietary umbrella of ownership instead of the laws set forth under the FCC
