Actually, since billions were ";spent" in districts that don't exist, that's FEDERAL RACKETEERING, not "waste". "Waste" isn't a federal crime. However, BILLIONS of dollars unaccounted for, as is the case here even by government's piss-poor accounting methods, is FEDERAL RACKETEERING.

If the FBI doesn't indict all 535 of them under the RICO statutes, then the US military needs to perform its sworn duty and reestablish a LEGITIMATE federal government.

Stimulus= billions in waste of taxpayer dollars. Stimulus dollars fixed a road by me that wasn't in need of repair it had just been repaved a couple years ago and stimulus dollars put new automatic lighting system in the our School to save on energy cost because people kept leaving the lights on when they left a empty room. That is your tax dollars at work. Please look at where you live and see what stimulus dollars went to in your area. We all should be outraged at the waste.

And to answer his question is that stimulus money was doled out by project, not by district. After a project was approved the project filled out paper work including detailing which congressional district they were in. Unfortunately, a lot of people don't know what congressional district they live in. Clerical error.

@mcv47 450 sounds like a big number until you look at the forest instead of the trees. There are currently 63,144 stimulus projects totaling $191.53 Billion. IF you have 450 projects who filled out their form incorrectly, you're talking about 0.7%

You admitted yourself that you don't know your district off the top of your head, and I certainly don't know mine. Is it really a stretch to think that less than 0.7% of the projects screwed up their paperwork? I'm surprised it's not more.
