I absolutely LOVE what you said about LOST & I agree completely. I went into the finale expecting to be disappointed, but I was so relieved & happy to find that I was completely satisfied. The finale gave me emotional closure & left me content.
Great LOST discussion, Andy! "Emotional resolution" is a great term. I think that's what we all needed and definitely what we all got. I too am glad we didn't get answers for all of the questions. One question I really do want an answer to, though, is what exactly is the deal with the numbers? I know they corresponded to candidates and all, but why were they EVERYWHERE? Any burning questions you still have about the series?
I loved the LOST finale too. Do you think that Hurley and Ben created the flash sideways in Season 6? Ben said that Hurley could use his "powers" in a different way than Jacob. I was thinking that Hurley could have set up the "moving on" at the end of the show. Do you agree?
@bclostfan This is an interesting thought and maybe something Hurley could have done, but I think the point of the finale was that *everyone* created the flash sideways together because it was a part of moving on for everyone.
