only non-paleo crops require machinery harvesting grinding extraction and cooking to be eaten. we can feed ourselves from our back yards.Grains are criminal and stinking up the planet and are not sustainable.i look forward to the day they are outlawed.
omg, 10 grams a day no wonder i add a gram of salt to my daily diet. one gram added is all i get above background exposure. oh wait, i do eat ham, i will skip adding salt on those days. i sweat profusely with hard work, i must need some salt right? dont you need to replace electrolytes lost in sweat
Well you are not using dairy-products . . . thatt's a start, i came on an bit strong on you people because i thought you were raw meat eaters. and i thinks that disgusting and dangerous i think.
evreything is connected, there's forced breeding going on in the cattelfarming, therefore the same happens to the people, people have as such not evolved on eating meat, agrassion, greed, hate and such have, people ( when we were stil apes) overal eat vegetable, (apes may still be omnivores) in believe peopel are supposed to be vegans. it's all in the least harm principle, people should know better. we wil evolve when we go from meat eater to vegetable eaters. try it and you will see.
@Ineke210000 Baloney. Human/human relatives have been hunting for the better part of 5 million years. Chimps have been observed using spears to hunt small animals and are known to eat meat. Apes even get a % of their protein from insects (animal protein) either by intentionally eating them or by eating insects that are on the plants they eat. And the Least Harm principle does NOT support what you claim it does, as it does not take all aspects of the argument into consideration........
@Ineke210000 ..............it is a very flawed study and even a layman can poke holes in it's claims. Many vegans hacks have cited the LHP as being proof that humans should be vegan. It does not take into account free range meat and wild game as part of a human diet. MUCH of it is speculative and lacks proper peer review. The China Study as well is incredibly flawed and has been ripped apart by Dr Cordain for it's many inconsistencies and failure to control important variables.
I am believer in Dr. Cordain. But I would like to add one thing. The most important factor above all else in bone strength is STRESS! I don't mean mental stress I mean placing loads on your bones. As in doing intense exercise with with weights. You can mess with your diet all you want but your bones get stronger when you place loads on them, and that has the greatest effect on bone strength above diet or anything else. Bones are like muscles, you don't stress them they don't get stronger.
@Ineke210000 Are you Chrisims alt? You have posted the same words under another username. If it's you why the fuck don;t you stay the hell out of videos where no one wants to hear your crap?
@Ineke210000 If it's not you then I apologize, but it's strange that the first sentence of your post contained the exact same words as Chrisims post in another Paleo diet video. He is a vegan nazi who crashes diet related videos that he doesn't agree with. He then copies and pastes links to study's that seem to suggest certain things that he claims but fall apart under further scrutiny.
@Ineke210000 you stupid woman, stupid new age shit, say that to a lion who chews the face of an antilope
you have to understand that humans have evolved to eat meat, your meaningless words like having the guts to be vegan looks more like a sad marketing thing to play with words and frame things rather than reality. so if you really want a discussion leave the marketing framing shit behing and come with some real arguments
@Ineke210000 Health in general is, but here we talk about health of individuals and fact is that meat is essential in the diet since we evolved on it.
If only we in the west wouldnt throw away about half of our food we could feed the world too. And not forget overfeeding of humans.
Industry is accountable for 37% of CO2 wich is because of its size more interesting. What else we can do is promote birth control over the entire world so the population would stabelise and even shrink a bit.
@Ineke210000 We are an animal, and animals eat other animals. Maybe you should have said animals are not there to be eaten by humans, but then our evolutionary past says different. All the problems you mention are not caused by eating meat per se, they are caused by industrial farming. Most of those problems are solved by eating free range grass fed meat and wild game/fish. We evolved as hunters/gatherers not as agriculturalists. Grain has no place in our diet.

Cattlefarming and factoryfarming comes forth from meat eating so it comes forth from free range hunting.

Right, but we are no apes we are people, we have evolved (hopefully) meaning to become more civilised, and therefore try to become less cruel.

@SCROGY No i did't post under another name
i didn't mean to come on so strong,
it's not wrong to get new information, you should alway learn as much as you can.
health is more then caring only for your own body, it's in the caring for all life
that's called Ahimsa and karma (and that's not for softies!)

@Aeythvaenn Arguments, i think health is more then just to care for your own body,
The production of 1 pound of meat takes 3 to 18 pounds of vegetable food,
and 50 to a 100 times more water.
Aprox. 25%of greenhousegasses comes from cattlefarming, without meat eating everybody in the world
would be able to eat.
and i still believe animals are not there to be eaten.
all the same i want to appologise for comming on a bit to strong.
