  • Phillip, Why not include democracy into Second Life? I have the code to create democratic conversations to quickly define the true will of any group.

Our collective will has never been expressed. It's always been repressed. Once Our will is expressed, it becomes Our reality automatically. That's what the banksters don't want Us to know. Express your will about everything that affects you at Majority Voice. It's the only system of real democracy.

  • Second Life innovative? Give me a brake. He just wants to get rich and screw his paying customers? His employees are incompetent fuckups who don't listen to the so called "residents" Get real and wake up people. Don't spend your money to this online scam. It never worked, it doesn't work and it will never work. WAKE UP!!!

  • I wish I would have been there when they were making the snowmen and stuff.

  • corrupt sooitje

  • I would like to believe Rosedale,,, but I agree with FoodServe. After spending hours in SL, I think it's less about education than it is about cyber and shopping. Maybe someday that will change... doubtful.

  • everyone on second life, is there for the virtual sex. Some bitches will tell you, "I'M HERE FOR THE DANCING". Bitch pleaseeeeeeeee. If you like dancing so much, go dance in the real world. You are here to get fucked, so dont be in denial.

  • what about if we try to organize something similar in Italy? IN Trento? would be just a foreigner idea?

  • I'll say a contraddicton: I THINK WE'RE NOT READY TO SHARE OUR LIFE STYLE WITH SECOND LIFE (real time spend on the virtual world); but at the same time IT'S A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR BUSINESSES and any other human activity to be known to a world wide audience in just few seconds.

  • nanotechnology will be the merge for second life to first life. nanotech will make it possible to rapid prototype first life. the change is coming and im loving it.

  • Linden Lab so sucks at customer service lol

Not a 3d world to even bother with they have had it.

Blue Mars is gona kill'em ;-)

  • Blue Mars has no relation to Second Life. How could it be competition when they are completely unrelated?

  • Short story, they approve of porn on there game.

  • Well, why not? They can´t really forbid it, also the main grid is for people +18 only (atleast before the grid merge) so they can do whatever they want. Linden Lab makes profit of every member in second life, and if people just make account´s for having virtual sex, it´s ok. But still, it is only a game. You can´t be in love with a avatar, but with a real human.

  • Is linden labs in linden washington? cuz thats my wher i grow up! xD

  • No it´s in San Francisco

  • ummm stumbled across this, and quite confused... can someone please explain "second life" to me???

  • It's a 3D virtual world through which millions of people all over the world interact.

  • Emergence. what a concept. what is Linden Corp's research agenda? technology? simulation? social networking? all of these? That would be an interesting interview. "Prototyping your own life" - SL allows you to prototype products virtual and real and test the market for them. Prototyping yourself is an imaginative concept. We test the waters in 1st life too. this is just a different social arena. and a great venue for research.

  • Philip Rosedale He cant say secondlife ! it is the 8th art .There are seven arts all we know, poetry, painting, music, theater, singing and photography and cinema .. And there Arts subsidiary graduated from, but not such a major like seven arts. Can there be 8th art ?if the answer is YES, what do you think it is ? , Or what could be?And if the answer is NO, so why?

  • Huh?

  • the futur.....

  • ...were you waiting for an "e" by chance?

  • This Second Life is corrupt. It's bad, it's like drugs in a nice package.

  • there are good and bad people in second life. Positive work, and negative. Im tired of people always looking at only the bad... Its not logical, helpfull, or kind.

  • Sure there are positive sides, I know that, but if 50% of the people suffer from a product by addiction or the like, and another 50% has fun with it, would you allow it or forbid it? I know I'd forbid it.

  • that is so true , prtotyping a life seems the correct way to put it! Am from India and i have met more people here in 6 months more than i have in 6 yrs!

  • you are from india - the country of the illegal kiss!

    hahaha hahahah poor richard gere

  • nice

  • lag..lag..lag...
