Penny speaks the truth....the Porta-Bote is everything claimed. I've had fun with mine for over ten years. 5*!

I own a scion XB and that is a small car. I can load all my stuff for the bote in the car strap the hull on the roof (closed) and get to any fishing spot and get 30mpg. Most folks that own a boat that is 14 ft long own a truck trailer etc they never get 30-35 mpg. A lot of folks own way too much vehicle and pay tons of $ for fuel for their transportation needs when had they just had a portabote they could have plenty of $ for time to go fishing. Evaluate your situation makes sense.

Excellent video. Have never seen an actual Porta-bote display. Was this at some outdoor expo?
