@blackberryjuice1 It's a minor difference. The feet are crossed close to your butt as opposed to being raised up. As far as the effect on your abs, I don't think there's any difference. The Gironda concemetric crunch however is. That's where you do a crunch and leg pull-in movement at the same time, touching your knees and elbows.
