She completely failed in her job of reducing hate.

She used the power of her office to enable and promote hate.

She furthur victimized the victims and sought to abridge their rights as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution under the color of authority.

The County should print and distribute a full apology and retraction of the outrageous falsehoods contained in the flyer.
