He wasn't the one who killed 5. His teammate did that. The person, who's camera angel we can see dropped the first ndae and he teammate dropped the second, which happened to kill all the terrorists.
He actually killed 5 people with one grenade. Check out this video about the same scene in bad quality: watch?v=88TBIgrMpO4. You can see in the scoreboard that He had 5 frags in one round.
