Rondo of Blood had this "old school anime" style to it and I thought it was pretty nice. I liked Richter's and Maria's designs, but Dracula just looks goofy and way too young. Could you really see this guy as Alucard's father? The older Dracula design introduced in Symphony of the Night is much better. But anyway, great game! PSP Remake is very good too.

Their should be videos of the English version of Rondo of Blood on youtube somewhere for those that may not know it is unlockable in The Dracula X Chronices for the PSP. What I like is if the remake version seams a little weird ike rescuing Maria and Tera rescue them in Rondo of Blood to understand the story a little better especialy in the PSP Remake Maria dosnt state her family is also Vampire Hunters-_- if only that were explained in the Remake then playing ROB to find it out

Muchly so. We just got the crappy watered-down SNES port 2 years after this masterpiece came out.

@AdamBlackthorne Like LordKat said, the SNES port is a pretty solid decent by itself, when you take Rondo of Blood out of the equation.

Much like Final Fantasy X-2 could be a decent game by itself (good battle system and cool job-changing-on-the-fly), buuuut... it should never be a Final Fantasy, much less a sequel to one of the best games of the franchise (and never had such annoying bitches as the protagonists, but I digress).
