She struggled because it was an on the spot song. She didn't even practiced it. If I'm not mistaken the DJ just choose a sing for her to sing that time. So yeah.

Fun fact: This song is hard to sing. Whitney Houston isn't a legend because she sings easy songs, guys. Taeyeon still sung this song beautifully, and her English was actually pretty good!
