That's absurd. If a subject is in a deep enough state of trance, you can create an illusion that onion is an apple. Even though while in trance they believe it's an apple, it's still an onion. To say they are eating it of their own free will is even more absurd. You're imposing your will on the subject to get him/her to accept your suggestion.
