Easy to tell once he falls in the hole... graphics are slightly different, not as polished; Link is way at the edge of the screen (I don't think it normally lets him get that far over without scrolling), etc. And of course, missing sound effects... You can tell from the little details that it's no longer the real LTTP engine.

@housemonzter Some people collect stamps, that's kinda pointless too. Expanding the possibility of the game was something I set out to do, I had to rebuild the game engine (well some of it) for this video, I think that's quite an achievement.

TGF (The Games Factory). If your looking to do that, you should use MMF2 (Multimedia Fusion 2) as it is just the same, only far more features. :)

Heh. I remember back as a kid me and my brothers playing this game and trying to do things based on rumors. No internet; just word of mouth secrets that were, obviously, ridiculous. Taking the sign or a bush in with you when you drop down the hole, or throwing them in the hole first, were things we tried many times. I just found it nostalgic seeing a "secret" based off something we tried to do over and over years ago.

Nice, I tried it out, when it went wrong I inspected it and noticed your rubees go from 001 to 000, you don't have a shield but a sword even when your shouldn't have one, your walking animation, and the fact that you had to cut what was in the trunk.
