No doubt angels are fast. How fast they travel is not the issue because I don't think they operate in just one single speed or motion. Don't you think they'd slow down upon arriving at a specific location? Just a thought :).... It's like saying how can some Jinns be tormented in hellfire, while they are made from fire... Right?... Try slapping someones face and see what happens... I'm sure both are humans and both are made from clay... Think outside of the box
