people please watch this( Sunnah Sheikh Hashem [Bangla] 2/2) and stop doing this if you can do the prying to Allah who sand him for all Muslim and please do not do it for 2011
@lima2luma Why should we follow foney sheikhs like Hashem and Naik and Bilal Philips etc when the Ulama of the deen for 1400 years are our guides? This people and their philosophies are why Islam is at such a stage now. If only everyone saw the light and tread on the straight path, then we would return to the glory days. You expect us to follow these new deviant "Sheikhs" and abandon the practices of our salaf-us-saliheen.
@Farhan13579 Yeah, that's why, in this very video, you can see two sheikhs who are the decendants of Rasoolullah (SAW), one from Kuwait and another from Makkah, whose family for many generations where the greatest scholars in the holy sanctuary. That's also why we have another guest in this conference from the world renowned Al-Azhar institute in Egypt and why many other international guests attended. But your point still stands, ONLY PAKIS celebrate it, don't they?
@ahalim200 I swear this is halal. Only an ignorant idiot like you won't accept that though. For people like you, it is halal to watch tv all day, listen to music, idolise celebraties and popstars and mix with the culture of the Kuffar but to respect rasoolullah (SAW) and do something which pleases Alllah (SWA) and his Rasool (SAW) is haram. Well, we'll see how far that gets you mate.
@EshqeRasool You seem passionate about this event. i would like to understand why such a thing is followed when the Prophet of Allah s.a.w did not instruct us to do so. none of the sahaba did so, nor did the rightly guided caliph, nor any of the four imams. so, if it is not from sunnah and it was not practised by the best of the best, why is it practised now? hope you can help.
@therandomcat Ifuwanttostop doingtings that Huzoor(SAW) never did, then u betterstop livin in UK, driving cars, eating modern food/drinks, using electrical equipment, using flushes etc.In the religious context, building madrasas /universities,doing taraweeh in congregation yearly, using a mic in large gatherings, using decorated carpets in mosques, multistorey mosques, having wudu area inside a mosque etc.Just becauseRasoolullah(SAW) didn't do someting doesn't mean it's haram immediately....
@EshqeRasool to try and respond to all that you said in one go, yes I've heard this argument before but moving forward in science and technology as we've been commanded to do is on a different spectrum to practises that are not recorded as sunnah. if you base practise on Rasool(SAW) fasting on the day he was born, shouldn't you then also fast on the day he was born? do as he did? also, i know of ibn Taymiyah's opinions on mawlid and he did not exactly 'approve it.'
@EshqrRasool anyway, i appreciate the response, i want to learn more about this business but youtube is hardly a place to do it. its more a place of people matching egos than seeking knowledge. and apparently i'm a wahabi / salafi / jamaati for asking questions. on to the books!!
@therandomcat if you wish to learn more about it, then go and visit Brick Lane Mosque and u will find that the Imams there will be more than happy to explain things to u with every respect and dignity. Then u can make an informed decision and once you see all the evidence in front of u, u will inshallah most definitely see the truth and accept that this was the practice of the salaf us saliheen.
@therandomcat What about the introduction of madrasahs and universities. these arn't electrical advancements. What about the compilation of the quran into one entire book? Not scientific advancement. What about the performing of the taraweeh every year in jama'ah in the mosque? Not a scientific advancement. these and so many other things are innovations in matters of the deen but r perfectly halal. Only 1 who has no true love for rasool(SAW) tries to prove that the mawlid is haram (NA).
@therandomcat Ibn Taymiyyah did more than approve, he actually said that it was a beneficial action if performed in accordance to the sunnah in his Iqtidatus siratul mustaqeem. I know what Ibn taymiyyah said and although the ahlus sunnah do not follow him to a great extent in reality due to his somewhat extreme and divergent views from the rest of the great Ulama, his opinion here is for those who claim to be his followers (eg wahabis, salafis etc).
@therandomcat By the way, we most certainly approve of fasting on this day. And after the names of such authorities on religion have been mentioned, how can u still doubt in this? R u telling me that the so-called "scholars" of today who ban milad are more praiseworthy and know the religion better than Hafiz Ibn Kathir (ra) and the rest of the scholars whose names i have briefly mentioned?
@therandomcat Rasool(SAW) himself celebrated his birth by fasting on the day he was born as is found in hadiths so actual concept comes from prophet himself.Activities within these mahfils such as glorifying Allah(SWA),reciting poetry in the praise of the prophet(SAW),sending our salutations unto him etc were all practised by the sahabah and the pious predecessors.Imam-e-Azam himself has written many poems praising the prophet (SAW) with such terms that some nowadays will say its shirk!(NA)
@therandomcat Thousands amongst the best of the best have compiled kitabs supporting this gathering and the majority of muslims have been practising this for many centuries. Only those who truly love the prophet SAW) accept this. Hafiz (of hadith) Ibn Kathir (ra) who has compiled the greatest tafseer on the Quran has written a book on the mawlid and has brought numerous proofs regarding it..............
@theranHere is only a small list of the greatSalaf who r imams of the ummah and huffaz of the hadith of Huzoor(SAW) who have supported mawlid in written form: Imam Suyuti,Ibn Rajab Hanbali,Imam Ibn AlJawzi,Imam Abu Shama(ImamNawawi'sSheikh),Imam AlQastalani,ImamSakhawi,ImamDayba'i,Mufti of Makka Ahmad ibnZayniDahlan,ImamSubki,ImamShawkani,HafizIbnHajarAsqalani,IbnHajarHaytami(ra)and manymore. If u have any knowledge, then these names should astound u.Even IbnTaymiyyah approved of it!
Abu Qatada Ansari (Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Massenger (may peace be upon him) was asked about fasting on Monday, whereupon he said: It is (the day) when I was born and revelation was sent down to me.
I'm surprised you talk about modesty and culture when it is people like you who have abandoned it and at mention of such a thing, you classify it as a bidah. Typical Jamatis and Wahabis. There are certain people to whom you cannot help but use offensive language against and i'm afraid you are one of them.
I raised a few valid questions.Answer it if you dare!
IF YOU THINK MECCA and MADINA mosques are not following Sunnah, can your mullahs or secularist mawlanas issue a Fatwa that we should not visit those cities before their mosques start following 'true sunnah'!
If you can't keep doing your business and allow people to throw you questions!
Our maulanas do not need to issue a fatwa. The rightly guided Ulama of the haramain such the late Syed, Muhaddith Muhammad bin Alawi (ra) and Sheikh Yusuf Hashim ar-Rifai and Syed Abbas bin Alawi, Sheikh Dr Abduhu Yemeni, Dr Abu Laylah Al Azhari, all from the arab world have issued fatwas against the activities of those who are in charge of the haramain shareefain.
So, who gave the definition of "rightly guided mawlananas".Your list rightly guided because they support your views? Why do you forget that I could also bring a list of "rightly guided mawlanas" who will declare what you do as "haram".
So, turn to Quran and Sunnah and see what is supported by this.
There is no harm in visiting those holy places but the problem is that if you think the mawlanas are not "rightly guided", should you pray behind them?Makruh?Haram?
Our Mawlanas are rightly guided because they are on the path of Rasoolullah (SAW), his sahaabah and awliyah allah, unlike yours, who innovate in the deen and then make us the innovated. The majoity of the Ulama, not just now, but over the centuries have been on our path and that is how we now they are rightly guided. Your so called "alims" are ill-taught deviant people who, after learning one or two things think that they are on top of the world and better than our predecessors.
You are obviously not aware of the ruling that if there is nothing you can do about it, you can even pray behind a fasiq! Obviously this is more deeeper knowledge so i suspect u wont have a clue (and judging by your comment, i'm correct).
Only a retarded idiot like you would suggest something so nonsensical as banning people from visiting the two most sacred sites on the planet. If you were on the right path, you would have known by know how the entire rightly guided ulama have issued fatwas against the wahabis. But of course who r only guided by your nafs so it wont matter to you.
If you want to see some of these fatwas, then consult them with ease. They can be found in the bengali language in the Kitaab Milad-e-Benazir which can be obtained from Brick Lane Mosque.
Oh!You checked my profile as well?Without answering my questions, you have made it personal now!
Yes, you have rightly said I watched dramas like other Awami Leaguer. But my life is changed, changed for ever!Awami League and its Mawlanas have misguided me.But not any more. You are talking about my past!
If you think Masjidhe Nobobi or Harem Sharif are not following Sunnah, shouldn't you advise them to correct themselves?Otherwise, 40 million peoples Haj is at risk!!
And you should seriously think about whether you should pray in Mecca or not. After all, they are not following Sunnah(Wastagfulirullah) according to you!!
The ulama of the world have tried to correct them for your information but just like you, they seem to have too big an ego to admit that they're wrong. HAhahahaha. Again u make me laught at you r supremety in stupidity. Listen you *********, if the imams are misguided, it doesnt mean the holy sanctuaries are aswell, (as u seem to suggest) People do not have to follow the misguided followers, therefore i think ull find that not all of the 40 mill peoples hajj is at risk!!! Tut-tut.
I am seriously concerned about your language EshqeRasool. You are repeatedly making personal comments and attacks using "your own language".Can't you say something in decent language?
Don't you understand that "your language" is telling people about your root origin?
Swearing at someone is not making you great. It's just telling people WHERE YOU HAVE COME FROM.
Do you want me to swear at you as you are doing? No, I can't.This is my education, this is my culture and modesty
How did you know 'the VIP' came from Bangladesh? How dare you are supporting the committe who were trying to delay the jamaat for a person no matter who he is!!For your information, he was a local Awami leader!!!
Again, you are defending the incident where the Imam was giving invitation to people to attend Bangladesh Awami League meeting?
Is it the job of Imam to invite people to attend
a secular party meeting outside the mosque?
I am sure the Imam did it to secure his job because of Secularist Committee.I did never hear him inviting people to attend other 'parties' meeting in London.Doesn't it prove that Awami secularist is running the mosque!
Hahahaha. Well maybe you didn't hear him give out other invitations because a fool like u didnt attend every single salaah for every single day of the year? Did that ever occur to you or is it too difficult a concept for your tiny brain to even think about grasping. Yep, i'm pulled towards the second explanation. That makes much more SENSE!!!!!!!!. Hahhahaha.
So , according to you, all great mosques in Mecca and Medina are' not serving sunnah'
as they are not doing what Bricklane mosque is doing? This is the conclusion of your comment, isn't it? How much of what is happening in Bricklane mosque is reflected
on what is happening in the holy mosques in Mecca and Medina?
Use your sense! You do not need 'common sense' to understand this.
Seriously,r u as stupid as you sound?Do show me, where in the quran, hadith or the sayings of the salafus-saliheen does it say that we must follow exactly what is happening at the two holy mosques.Did Rasoolullah(SAW)ever say that we must follow whatever is going on at the two holy sanctuaries? So don't talk out of your backside again without knowledge.WhatRasoolullah(SAW) advised us was to follow his sunnah, the sunnah of the sahaabah and our pious predecessors, something that u people find hard
Unlike fools like u and your fellow eastlondonmosque compatriates who have no love for Rasoolullah (SAW) and lack in respect for him, his sahabah, and pious awliyahallah, we seek the path that was adhered to by Rasoolullah(SAW), his companions and the friends of Allah. That is the source to success whereas u blind fools can think of only1stupid argument, "ooo, they do it at makkah and madinahtulmunawwarah so it must be correct."It is u people who even the shaitan laughs at how easily he misguides
Who the hell do u think u r brav? U have videos of drama and purda-less women on your account and u come here and tell me that worship of Allah (SWA) and respect for Rasoolullah (SAW), his companions and the awliyah allah is misguided (albeit indirectly)!! I have creasing with laughter at your stupidity which is more than evident for all to see in your comments.
It is alright in your opinion and the opinion of your shaykhs to watch comedys and dramas of non-muslimsand immodest people but haram to display the due love for Rasoolullah (SAW). I wonder where Rasoolullah (SAW) allowed us to promote these acts of the KUFFAR but try and hide the true meaning of islam and sense love for the mercy to the worlds. Na'uzubillahi min zalik. It is people like u who disgust me in every sense; misguided, knowledge-less and yet thinking they know it all.
You are those people who are devoid from giving Rasoolullah (SAW) a single ounce of the respect that he deserves let alone realising his status in the sight of the almighty Allah (SWA). Certainly, those whom Allah (SWA) guuides, none can misguide and THOSE WHOM ALLAH (SWA) MISGUIDES, NONE CAN GUIDE.
I do not live in London now but I have lived near Bricklane for three years..I have got so much love for this mosque. However, I feel sorry looking at its current condition.
As long as the people who believe in and practice Islam just like a religion, not as a complete code of life, are running this mosque, you can expect more strange things to come from this mosque.
May Allah help and safeguard this mosque from secularist of
U r obviously like those arabs who were blind to the nabuwwat of Rasoolullah (SAW) despite living in the same city. U have no knowledge and therefore believe everything you see that u do not know about to be strange. Brick Lane Mosque is on the path of the sahaabah and the salafus saliheen and rasool-e-pak (SAW). This is true islam, not whatever you estranged interpretation may be. If u dont like it, dont attend. It is only who will be the loser at the end of the day.
In 2004, I myself witnessed that the Imam at the mosque, after the
Zuhr Prayer, was giving invitation /dawat to people in the mosque to
attend a meeting arranged by Bangladesh Awami League UK at Brady
centre near Bricklane.I was shocked!!
In 2005 Eid Prayer, Bangladesh Awami League supporter mosque committe
were trying to delay the scheduled prayer at 11 as one of their big leaders was stuck in traffic!Wastagfirullah!Because of the protests from the musallis, they were unsuccessful!
The mosque also fulfills its duties to the muslim community. As it is obviously a big mosque and thousands of people gather in it for prayer, organisers of certain events like to extend their invitation to the entire community through this medium. The mosque only fulfillf the trust that the community has in it by delivering these invitations to the people. What the hell is your problem with that? If u dont like the peoplewho r sending the invitation, then dont bloody attend them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As this was the last jama'ah, and this politically significant man had travelled from Bangladesh to England and had chosen this mosque (the greatest and most respected umongst the bengali community of the UK) to pray his eid prayers. A few minutes wouldn't have caused the end of the world or the salaah to be nullified. In fact it would have given the chance for some more latecomers to catch the final jama'ah.
Brcklane mosque is infiltrated by Secularist Bangladesh Awami League leaders and supporters who are overtly or covertly in the mission of destroying Islam!
Something that Allah (SWA) and his Rasool (SAW) and the pious Ulama of the past love is the Shaytaan's play to you? Just shows what kind of person you are and why we need not bother arguing with you. You will one day taste the bitter juice of this statement, inshaalaah. Absolutely disgusting to see that people like this call themselves Muslims!
Brother, be careful what that tongue of yours blurts out. You obviously have no wisdom in such topics so don't speak about stuff you have no clue about. You better seek Allah (SWA)'s repentance otherwise, one day you will regret what you have just said. Who the hell do you think you are making statements like this?
Good news brothers. There may be another conference similar to this this year (2012), Inshallah. Keep your eyes and ears open!!! I will inform you as soon as I get a confirmation.

May Allah help and safeguard this mosque from secularist of
Bangladesh!

When it was realised that the time was going a bit overboard, the mosque commenced the salaah. No harm done. Next time, use your common sense mate.
