Not at all, that is a myth, perhaps based on how some guys actually react, and has a lot to do with Hollywood movies. Yes I am a male, I have balls. Most of us get hit in balls and learn to take it and keep on fighting. In elementary school I used to get kicked in balls all time by boys and girls, so I know what I am talking about. I do not need any female (no personal offense intended) to tell me what I can and can not take. There are many guys like me as well who take it and go.
When guys get hit/kicked/pinched in balls, the pain goes through cremaster muscle and abs. Guys who condition those muscles are able to absorb blows better than those who don't, and it also takes some psychological strength, but there are men who do so all the time, in mma, wrestling, even me at school as I told you. If you think one shot to balls will take all men out, you are seriously deluded.

It takes a certain amount of physical and mental conditioning, but many guys can take that and not react like that. Of course, there are exceptionally hard kicks that happen, but generally testicles are rather resilient and can take more blows than we sometimes think!

The moment I realized the girl was in my weight class, my hands started to shake and I couldn't even warm up properly.
