Seen these as well. Maybe some kind of military spy drones being used on civilians. Not balloons, wind current was way too strong and the objects didn't move much at all. Thanks for posting.
I've seen the same in Orange County and San Diego County, they tend to show up after airplanes fly over. Frustrating as heck not to know for sure what they are.
kinda hard to tell in the video but where they moving upward or drifting, kinda look like balloons but again they don't. If they where just sitting there and not floating away by the wind then they where alien.
Excellent catch, I have seen a few like that and they are like a drone that scout around doing what ever? Not much more I can say about them, they have been seen making crop circles and taking water. Filmed by hundreds of people coming out of larger UFOs, believe it or not that's what I have seen them do. Do your own research on them and you will be amazed in what you find, thanks for sharing. They may be balloons, not to discredit the sighting AT ALL as I appreciate legitimate footage. I say this only because I am 100 % positive I saw several UFO's flying in a sideways "V" formation in the 1990s. They accelerated, up, down, side to side at insane speeds. Originally we thought the V formation was 1 giant object, until two balls of light came out of formation & zig zagged across the sky, seemingly "playing" with one another. They then went back into exact orig. places & zoomed away
Isane, I just came from a video from the WeAreLivingMagic channel, on the same day as this was shot he is saying something about how they are spraying clouds and covering up the sky.
It is an anti gravity space craft. It could be one of the ones that we recovered from one of the manycrashes that have occurred or, it could be one of the greys, EBE , or another one if the 57 species that we have had contact with. They don't appear unlessyou were meant to see them.
I live in the bay, too. I wish I saw this so I could tell you my guess. Based on this video, the white one looks like a balloon 'cause it's too round, but the darker one is more oval so it could be something else...
