Why would you use English to title the video, and English to introduce the video, when the video is not in English. There's an additional bit at the end but it still makes no sense to present a video in this fashion, and what's the deal with the generic robo-announcer?
This Video suggests prevention. By use of a lens (presume a plus) to be worn before the child's Snellen goes below 20/40. That approach works, as the eye will change in a positive direction if you are systematic in your use of the plus (2.0). I regret that they don't say this in English. Type Steve Leung OD into Google for more information.
@sodafromyoda What I said was that you can AVOID ENTRY, or PREVENT. But why not read the (second-opinion) science about that issue. Certainly prevention is difficult as proven from the use of a plus (in a bifocal) -- but not impossible. I maintain a scientific site to support pilots with this issue. Just "Google" Otis S. Brown, and enjoy the book -- it if FREE.
@leemorethomas This video implies prevention -- and then stops talking in English!! I believe that prevention IS POSSIBLE, at about 20/40 on your Snellen, and a refractive status of -3/4 diopters. The only issues this -- do they discuss that issue. You can get lenses for your own use and testing from Zennioptical (both plus and minus).
Here, for instant control try this. Warm up a cloth in warm\hot water and put against eyes without applying too much pressure. This brings fresh blood to eyes, eliminates toxins, increases elasticity, prevents cancers & diseases, and improves vision significantly. This beats every eye exercise...*plus warmth*
It would be nice if it has English sub-titles. The second-opinion is indeed prevention. I suggest reading "ChinaMyopia" (org) for the use of a "special lens" for low-cost prevention. I enjoyed your video.
@badmonkey91 you know, its not about YOU or ME. I think it's anoying to carry them around, etc, clean them, and its hard to play sports!!!!! okay GOOD YOU LIKE THEM good for you and your extra weight on your face
