If you want the fireworks to fade out, render them to a different layer and separate video/image files. That way you can post-process them (for glow effects, for example) and fade them independently of the castle in the background. You can do the same for the 'Walt Disney' text in the front.
Someone did a tshirt in Brighton, UK with the Disney castle and 'Brighton & Hove' council wording underneath. The thing is, at first glance it just looked like the standard council logo with the pavillion palace on it :o)
@3Deity I 9the autor of this video, by the way) have been to Brighton, actually - Lovely city indeed! I could live there, wasn't it for the horrible weather, though
@sandrony2004 Nope, the weather is better in Brighton than most of the rest of Britain due to the micro climate provided by the south downs. Its where the first film was made and the original name was 'Bright Helm Stone' due to the unusual light there. /History
you know you did one of the most detail thing ive seen on youtube i've tried to recreate this many time but it doesn't come out right it must have taken you for ever to put all that detail in. very well done.
@brandonhughes7 Thank you for your kind comment! There is a lot of detail, yes - but the textures, fireworks and illumination are horrendous! I did this almost 2 years ago, when I was still practicing! I would love to know what you have to say about my showreel, which is fresh out of the oven! It's on my channel, the featured video!
Congratulations, you have accomplished an excellent performance. I'm very happy that there are people like you, who are ready to share with us here these masterpieces. Moreover, to take the uneasy burden of so many critics here...anyway. God bless you and may His Angels help you to improve your skills in designing :). I will be happy to have you in my friends list.
@ArchangelTyraelski Hello, my new friend! I invite you to watch my newest videos, uploaded yesterday, where my current 3D skills are more evident than in my Disney video!
Hey....nice try... Use Age test and delete from the depot ... in delete use [ by particle age ]....u need to concentrate in speed and age test more :)\ all the best
Ok a honest crit for you,First thing that looks odd is the first big firework trail to the right, when the particle life dies it goes backwards producing an odd effect the trial should end going up before the rocket explodes.
Hey man! Thank you for your tips and (contructive) criticism! I have actually fixed most of these issues - but it is WAY overloaded - it will take ages to render. The next time I go traveling, I will put it to render!!!
I am actually interested in the thing you said about rendering layers!!! Is there any tutorial you recommend?
I suspect you have the particle life way up to high and you have speed on it,you dont need speed with trails as the emiter is animated and the particles should be left behind.I would suggest you do more tests and look more close at the behavour of fireworks.
second crit is the explosions look odd, why?you have no gravity so when say the big pink explosion goes off each trail moves in a linear way,
(also the timing is to slow the bang should be faster),fine if you were in space but again look at real fireworks and you will see that they tend to drop so each explosion trail should be in a arch shape.the same theory applies the to ball explostions .
Again with the final rocket that archs over needs gravity applied.
There are also lighting issues when the camera pulls out I would fix that.
last the odd sharp lack off fades in the fireworks.there are three ways to do this.
First is the pro way the render things in layers,eg forground mid ground background, effects passes,if your cleaver this way is the best as you can adjust the transparacy for each seperate render layer. If you dont know what im talking about I suggest you read up on tutorials about render layers, masks and compositing, belive me the the original Disney would not have been rendered in one pass.
second if you want one pass render you can animate each particle tracks transparancy in the animation graph editor or dope sheet you can add new track that is transparancy and there key on off, this is quick dirty way of doing it.the third option is you assign a seperate material the each effect then animate the transparancy of each material.
Hey, thank you! But it is lame! I made it months ago, when I was still being beaten up by 3ds Max! I promise I will fix it to look a little better soon!
If you know 3ds max, "simply" create all elements, caslte, river, etc, make your camera path and set the timing of your particle systems to go off synchronized with the camera view.

You might want to add a visibility key frame where you want it to fade out. I think you right click and go to wire parameters?
Im not sure. Can't remember. But its looking great!
