  • Great stuff!

  • @19082010FLY  do mean the rolling pin or wooden spoon?

  • I use a Arrow to the Knee it doesnt hurt after a while

  • i use the wooden item used to work in kitchen(not the spoon). don't know the name in english.

  • you could also just get some kind of flexible tree or heavy bag etc. and train with that before doing these kind of things

  • you have to have someone help you right? Cuz i want to condition on my own with my palm tree but when im about to kick it with my shin...Um i get scared on how much its going to hurt

  • shin conditioning is hard. takes a long time depending on how hard core you want to be.

  • You'll feel the difference when you rub your hand across your shin. You'll instantly notice it.

  • holy shi~! that's alot of pain

  • Cambodian Bokator people kick thick bamboo sometime's clay pots.

  • @PdubzCrew I use bamboo too, doesn't hurt but it gets you there eventually

  • in some mui tai comic book, character uses wine bottle to knock shin.

  • @lolshitty nah, by repeatedly breaking down your shins, forearms, etc...they minutely crack & heal-up making them stronger over time. These are methods proven by time itself!

  • @arslantarik when you kick someone and they go OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

  • Gud god i really have 2 let sumnone beat my shins 2 get gud shin conditioning huh?...well....LETS DO THIS!
