Omg I just came back from this hotel last night. Aug 18/2011 - Aug 25/2011 Every thing looks exactually the same ecept in the teens room they have a joop box where you can listen to your favorite artist. The food i will rate 3 star in the plapa. i got sick of it, the only thing i ate in the morning is a crosant. for lunch i had a french fries. and for dinner i had l'cart dinner, im a really healthy person but there wasnt any really good food. This is the best place for kinds. a lot of activitys

went back in march 2007. everything was great. palapa was so good. pools were amazing. everything was clean and awesome. saw this silver horse head in the jewelry shop. wanted it so bad. had a cool view out the room. saw some old building remains. never forget that trip. going back soon

My family and I have been going to CPC since 2000 and love it, can't imagine staying anywhere else; which is precisely why I bought a Timeshare there, worth every penny. The rebound the resort has made after Hurricane Wilma in 2005 is awesome. The professionalism and care the staff provide is unmatched anywhere I have ever been.....

I came here in May 2007 and this was first my time abroad ( i was 20 at the time) and i must say that this place was just amazing...loved every single second of it i really did. My partner and I have booked to come here on 6th December for 2 weeks and come home 4 days before Christmas so I am really excited...It cannot come quick enough!

BEST HOLIDAY ME AND MY BOYFRIEND HAVE EVER HAD!!!

WE STAYED HERE FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2009. ABSOLUTLY LOADS TO EAT, SUSHI BAR WAS OUR FAVOURITE. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY CANT DO ENOUGH FOR YOU, THEY EVEN COME OUT ON NIGHTS OUT WITH YOU AFTER THEIR SHIFT HAS FINISHED. MID WAY STOP WHICH IS AN ALL NIGHT FOOD BAR AT THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL IS GREAT, WE CAME HOME AT 5 IN THE MORNIN AND THE CHEF WOULD MAKE THE BEST STEAK BAGUETTS. ROOM SERVICE IS 24HRS. WHAT U SEE HERE IS A TRUE REPRESENTATION!!!!!!

I went here in July

I loved it in July this year i'm going to Cancun Palace

The only part about this hotel is the abondond places around it like the old hotel freaked me out

Its a great hotel, the only thing that bothered me was the people from the time shares, were very persistent in trying to get your attention. Everytime I walked by the lobby I walked as fast as I could just to not be bothered by them, it was really annoying. But aside from that, the accomodations, pools, activities for the kids, the live shows and the food & drinks were great, as well as everybody that worked there were very kind. I definetly reccomend this place
