i remember going to gamestop and was waiting to play DK,when the kid left,he said "This game sucks" and went next to the 360 to play CoD.This tells me 2 things

1.Kids now have terrible taste in games

and

2.CoD is officially a kids game...

@RaycxellTorres I'm 11 years old. I love New Super Mario Bros Wii, Donkey Kong Country Returns, Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2, and the old games of the N64 and GameCube. I hate Call of Duty. It's boring and wastes your time. I cannot believe what this generation has come to! I hate seeing (and listening to) kids my age hating on classic games or remakes of classic games and playing Call of Duty. Activision Blizzard should seriously stop making CoD games. Aren't there enough?

What I'm loving about Other M is that blends classic 2D game play with simple controls and 2D-esque sequences with modern day 3D action, cinematics, presentation, and first person game play all the while still retaining the Metroid feel. I'm f*ckin excited for this game.

With Other M I really ejoy the way the combat looks by adding a bit of a God of War flare only with guns and robotic dudettes.

I enjoy how its taking the classic feeling but also adding a bit more of the BAM that Jungle Beat had and that was a good game and Wii version sucks but the game cube one was adictive.

@dodgesxt Well, I wouldn't go so far as to say all 3- platformers are bad, Banjo-Tooie, for example, was amazing. Along with DK 64 and Super Mario 64.

Honestly you aren't missing anything by not playing the Prime games, but then again, I hate FPS and that's what it is no matter how many fanboys say First Person Adventure to make it sound different than COD or MOH to be cool.

With Other M it's that you hold the controller on it's side and play in third person, and if you point the controller at the screen it shifts to first person

Invest in Metroid Prime Trilogy for the Wii.

Its all 3 games for the price of one Wii game, and they all have wii controls (which Metroid Prime 3 perfected). It also comes in a nifty metal case, and has a few pieces of bonus content.

I am SO thrilled about DKC Returns, especially because it's not another one of those stupid bongo games. While I love that it's returning to it's roots I do hope they do make another full 3D DK platformer in the future, as DK64 was my all time favourite N64 game. Still looking forward to this though.

I'm not the biggest Metroid fan in the world (I do like the games, just not a hardcore fan), so I'm not as excited about Other M as everyone else, but it does look interesting.
