  • Check out this guy's bowtie at the beginning

  • Doctors dont want u to get healthy, they tell u to do everything but flush the crap out your system, its really common sense. Our bodies cant rid of all that waste that has built up over the years on its own. The other day i went to see my physician and i told him it felt hard on one side of my stomach, i wondered if my organs were enlarged..something!! His remedy was to do blood work -_-...since ive been juicing i dont feel it anymore

  • 1:09 Dr Ronnie looks like a white chic in black face

  • Sure, nobody ever listened to Jack Lalanne or the Juiceman

  • she's a great a black woman. Very civilized.

  • Hi! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my sister lost a ton of weight with it.

  • 6 people hate Ba-Ba Booey

  • all i have to say is bLACK DON'T CRACK!

  • Howard invented Dieting, lets not forget. so can anyone explain Robin's excessive weight?

Is she still just juicing or is she actually eating solids now?

I just don't understand how anyone on her diet could not be skinny as hell. Either there is something very wrong with her metabolism, or she's an insane bitch who closet eats like a pig.

  • if you want a cleanse just eat some white castle

  • she's a big giant fatso again

    yet another fad diet fails

  • And NOW shes a piggy piggy!

  • Oh hai! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • RQ is a smart and snappy lady.

She finally came clean in the end and gave her age as 29.

After all, honesty is always the best policy.

    Not bad for a 29 y.o.

  • So its drinking a lot of natural sugar? What about the protein? So your muscles just start to evaporate.

  • @Jahkillian

This the same silly comments i get on vegetarians.

Leefy green vegatables have ALOT of protein, as do some fruits.

  • @ChilenoPiscean22 Please tell me which leefy green has the same amount and kind of amino acids and protein as a piece of steak?

  • @Jahkillian

That the problem with the uneducated and lazy, if it isnt quick and easy, they dont bother.

Variety is key, no 1 food source can give you everything you need, not even meat. If you think so, try eating nothing but meat and tell me how you feel.

A peice of RAW steak may have nutrients, but by the time your done cooking it and eating it, youv lost a LARGE amount of nutrients tru the cooking process.

On Average adults need about 10% protein which is EASILY obtainable.

  • @ChilenoPiscean22 So you write all that and don't answer the question. What leefy green gives you as much Protein and amino acid as a COOKED piece of steak?

And what do you need 10% of protein for? To live, to increase muscle mass? To maintain muscle mass? To repair muscle and tissue mass? !0% for what?

Plus read what I ask and not put words in my mouth. I never said steak gives you everything. I was very specific with my question.

  • @Jahkillian

I did answer your question you just lack comprehension. If i have to name the dark leefy greens...Im doing most the work for you, you need to research and learn for yourself. But Dark green, leafy vegetables, like kale and chard, and cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower, have easily absorbed protein content plus EFA's. Blue-green algae, spirulina and chlorella are also concentrated plant protein sources.

Protein is NOT a sufficient source of energy.

  • @ChilenoPiscean22 Seeing how you tried to insult me every time you commented, I will return. Don't make blind stupid claims, throwing out % with out any meaning acting like you know what you're talking about. I never said Protein is a source of energy you JACK ASS! You'd have to have a bucket of greens to get SOME of the same protein as a piece of steak. Only a idiot would make a claim, then say go find it your self.

So if you have know evidence don't post like you know.

  • @Jahkillian much protein is linked to high cholesterol levels, converted by the liver and stored as fat. Too much protein irritates the immune system, keeping it in a state of overactivity. Too much protein causes fluid imbalance, so calcium, other minerals are lost through urine. Too much protein is linked to arteriosclerosis, cataracts, kidney stones and arthritis. Too much animal protein contributes to osteoporosis and some cancers through mineral los Raw steak has too much protein.

  • @ChilenoPiscean22 What is your source for this information? Please provide a link or you can even PM me.

"RAW STEAK HAS TO MUCH PROTEIN" Based on what? A ounce, gram, a pound?

Let me tell you the truth. We're omnivores, and the best diet is a well balanced diet. Which can be changed for each individuals situation. Some one with a broken leg, should increase there calcium, as if somebody with muscle and flesh damage should include MEAT in there diet.

    But still provide your source.

  • @Jahkillian \

You lack some serious comprehension ability, jesus. I made i claim that i would NOT list every single food item with protein because this is youtube, Im not gonna attempt to list such a huge list on a 500 limit page.

I DID GIVE EXAMPLES. I also claimed you do not get all you need from 1 food item, variety is key.

I could combine any two items to get all the essientail amino acids I need, EXAMPLE. Tofu and rice, Spinach and barley, beans and cabbage...many many more combinations.

  • @ChilenoPiscean22 Are you going to provide link to your source or not?

  • @Jahkillian

Im not, because the info came from my science book. But the information is easily obtainable if you attempt it. Sorry Im not about to make things as easy as possible. It's like trying to post a link that the world is indeed round...common knowledge.

  • @ChilenoPiscean22 Are you going to supply a source or not? Whats the name of the science book? link? Anything? Or are you just going to ramble more shit about about how right you are but don't have to prove it?

You're wasting my time. Name a study at least.

  • Comment removed

  • @Jahkillian

BTW, the peice of steak may contain high protein BUT also contains high saturated fat and cholesterol, two things that WILL kill you. You gonna debate that?

Also this myth that there is no such thing as too much protein is WRONG, too much protein will lead to loss of calcium and other minerals through urination. It's almost impossible to be protein deficient, unless your not eating at all.

  • I just love this woman.

  • Holy cow. I can't believe she's 56 years old. My goodness i want some of whatever she has. Dang Robin. You go girl!

  • Fasting/cleansing is not easy, but it will make you lose some weight. The key is to change the way you eat if you want long term results. Robin got started with a healthy detox program.

  • but what duz this detox diet do to u mentally?...they look good but there's nothing upstairs..

  • I have done the master cleanse detox twice and it has changed my life. I had chronic illness, depression and CFS. THrough this cleanse and an overhaul of lifestyle, i know fee amazing. I feel the best I have ever felt when I am on the cleanse, Plus I lost a stone in 10 days.

  • @louisewhomackable How much is a stone?

  • @misskristin216 14 pounds

  • I thought i heard on terr radio (B4 SIRIUS) that Robin ate no fruit.

  • woman on 4:10 looks so ugly

    detox didn't help her

  • @tdkpaul she's not ugly lol?????

  • @bleugate: You don't need to eat animal protein to get protein! You can get lots of protein from a large number of vegetables. The silverback gorilla shares 98-99% of their DNA with humans and they eat 16 lbs of 'greens' a day and they are PURE MUSCLE! Cows (before farming and the food industry became corrupt and started feeding cows grain) ate grass to grow big and strong. A successful body builder very often has a really screwed up diet. Poor choice as an example.

  • @themaker03

You retard, thats years of evolution and genetic disposition. Go lay in your yard for a year eating grass...send me the pics of what happens.Vegans+Bodybuilding dont mix...unless you consider a 120lb weakling, "Bodybuilding".

  • @bleugate You, not surprisingly, have completely missed the point. You can get protein from loads of other non-animal sources: asparagus, beans, artichokes, broccoli, beans, brussel sprouts, cabbage, collards, corn, kohlrabi, onion, bell peppers, romain lettuce, spinach, summer squash, sweet potatoes, not to mention nuts and seeds as well as fruit. Sure, you have to eat more of them, but it is protein nonetheless. Loads of 'body builders' end up with major health issues due to their diet.

  • Robin Quivers fuckin kills me when she opens her mouth

  • Dr. Francious is being paid to lie

  • Robin looks great for a nearly 60 year old woman, she looks better now that she did in the late 80's.

Good for her, whatever she's doing keep it up.

Oh and to all you troglodyte,racist,fuck-wits,please go kill yourself,I implore you.

  • @spacetimecontinuum she looks great. But she is so annoying she doesn’t contribute anything on the Howard Stern show? Just laugh annoying between sentences like: “hahaha I hate people!” and “hahahah” and “hahah I talk shit about people who are fat even if I am fat myself hahaha”

  • P.S. This is a great diet if you wanna melt away any hard earned muscle. You dumb vegans. A good percentage of the weight lost doing this is going to be muscle. Go sit down with any Successful bodybuilder and learn their diet...man or woman.

  • Any "diet" is bogus. It comes down to just eating properly and eating to how your body needs you to eat. A well balanced routine of Protein, Carbs and Fats will get you there. Women in general use "Diets" as crutches, then blame them when they dont work. Or fall off, because they go so extreme. People in america are so stupid and will always blame something else besides their own will power, and just not eat that fatass bagel or donut. Stop blaming your age, genetics or whatever it is. Do it!

  • @bleugate QUIT CRYING :P you sound like such a little bitch cry baby. Go cry to your mom.

  • @CarsNe1

That was a well thought out, very intelligent response.

  • @CarsNe1 What the fuck is wrong with you and everybody else on fucking you tube - are you that goddamn insecure that you have to insult people you don't even know? Who are you to call someone a little bitch? Why don't you all just fucking grow up already! Stupid you tubers.

  • juicing dark green vegtables and fruits works, i was very strong before i juiced, now im double as strong and i breathe alot better , a 3 hour workout is so easy not much effort at all

  • wow...she looks amazing for 56!

  • I believe it's genetic. I remember seeing the show in the late 80s and looking at her now. She has small pores, a small-ish nose, a full face, small ears, high cheeks, and protruding forehead. That, in additon to earning an income that affors her a measure of lifestyle choices is what contributes to the way she looks now. 50% is attitude and at least 25% is genetics, while the rest is creature comforts related to her income...

  • Robin is HOT!

  • BA BA BOOEY!

  • Penn and Teller did a show about colonics

  • @Rahab111222

I saw that one! They, of course, called it "Bullshit!" lol It was a funny episode. I like those guys.

  • i swear to god the first time i heared her she sounded like a white woman

  • Robin looks amaaaazing. She is the proof that it works so well, and I don't think she's 56. I remember Howard as being ten years older than me, and I'm 46, so I believe Robin is older than him, and is about 62 at the very least.

  • Thats not true, just because you drop weight doesnt mean you feel healthy.

Even fat people wh oexercise has better heart then people who doesnt move and are thin.

  • I doubt that.... A person that is overweight puts more of a strain on their heart as opposed to a person that is not overweight. Yes, it is great that one is working out, but I would not dare say that individual that is overweight is healthier than one that is not. Oh and yes one does feel better (dare I say healthier) once one loses weight.

  • just to let you know, im 6'2 feet and 210 pound, im not overweight or defender of fat people, however what you said isnt true, since you can build your heart stronger with exercise. however, much is genetic, had a fat reletive who turned 98 (obviously she wasnt fat in her later years) and a thinner one who died of heart attack at 50,who was thin, but that person lived a stressful life and smoked etc.

  • @elanarab

She does look really good, doesn't she! I'll try that book she uses....21lbs in 21 days.

  • I don't do colonics though.

  • Detoxing/Fasting is NOT easy. healing crisis, low energy, resurgence of old ailments, cravings etc.. it not easy, but it does work, just have to have a strong will power to stick to it, once you are cleansed, you get addicted to that feeling, of high energy, body lightness, some chronic ailments disappear, and constant compliments of how good you look. you feel the difference immediately after the cleanse, if you do 14 days, try 5 days, start of slow, work up to 14days. It Works!

  • Wow! Thanks for the great words. I wanna try it. Gotta work on that will power thing first :)

  • When your lazy,I guess you will try any EASY way to lose weight

  • Now Robin is taping magnet beads to the back of her head to lose weight. Of ocurse they have to recharged weekly at $75 a pop. I would say she is a sucker, but she knows all.

  • Robin said that she doesn't need the beads, she was just doing research.

  • yeah, just like Pete Townsend researching kiddie porn.

  • yeah I know and I'm glad Howard shamed her into taking them off. Robin is mentally ill.

  • Lol, we're all mentally ill now, haven't you heard? Sanity is archaic.

  • Robin is still a fat pig, these crash diets and enemas don't work. She gained the weight back.

  • I agree. she has a gut!!!! She wouldn't have a gut if she exercised. She is an idiot.

  • I think she runs a lot. I've seen her recently and she looks pretty darn good for a 50+ year old woman :)

  • I've seen her recently. I thought she looked really good :)

  • no there have not been reports of perforation...what an idiot...of course there is proof, talk to the millions of people who do it. doctors are so self important, and they know NOTHING about health, they know about prescribing pills

  • people think alot of things it doesnt make them right havent you ever heard of placebos? just the thought of being better is going to make you feel better, also any sort of weight loss in general is also most likely going to make you feel better, but these cleanses alot of the time are lacking in vitamins and nutrition you don't have to be a doctor to get that. you are a moron, really doctors know nothing about health just shut up

  • It's really nothing to lose 5lbs of shit and 5lbs of water but after u lose the mess you don't need your metabolism kicks up and your body starts working for itself vs fighting off the junk. I only replaced one meal with juicing, reduced eating meat to 2-3xs a week (vs 2-3xs a day) and I lost 10lbs in 4 weeks. U have to set your mind to it and understand what's important. What tastes the best or how u want to feel and live. Exercise (even 20 min walk a day) makes a diff. U gotta start somewhere!

  • listen to this doctor at the end. He's useless... all that education for a guy who know's nothng, he's a robot he spews out processed bullshit.

  • what vegetables can you make juices of?

  • dont let these doctors try to tell you that eating healthy is a bad thing, and that ppl who eat mcdonalds and kfc r just fine. detoxing is a great thing to do

  • i would like to drink janet jackson's coffee...

  • It's all about buring more calories than you eat. The colon is an exit door not a entrance for water or coffee

  • Nope, that's not what robin says. And robin knows everything

  • I watched this episode of Sunday Morning and I've heard about detoxing since I was in my teens (I'm 47); and there are alot of benefits. What makes this lifestyle difficult for me and maybe others is the temptation and addiction we here in the states have with food. Detoxing brings a "centered state" to our bodies that I have found amazing. I believe meat products are killing us, and we need to look at healthier ways to live. We have to be stronger than food advertisements.

  • I agree my meat almost killed someone once! :)

  • that's what she said

  • @Gunit420123 LOL!!!!!!
