  • This is such a common question when switching to raw fruits and vegetables. Thank You.

  • nice and informail vid.

  • Now i have heard it all, all you will get from eating a lot of peaches is full, carbed up, perfect digestion and a positive outlook on life. Peaches vs cooked meat. Hmm water, vitamins, fiber, antioxidents, minerals vs no carbs, no fiber, carcinogenic coagulated protiens, cmon man wak the fuck up.

  • Brad your own book stated 40 to 60 grams was fine for the average person...yet you still felt the neednto recommened more. Even you have bought the hype

  • Its easy to get the perfect amount of protein from fruit, add some greens and you can get it even easier. Whoever is eating 200 grams of protein is going to have kidney issues, especially from meat. Wake up america, the best source, the easiest on the body, comes from plants. Veganism aside, more and more and more very well researched doctors are in agreement

  • @mikecazzx

You didn't get the point of his video. He said you could get it from fruit but it would take a lot of fruit to get the amount needed. It's not practical at all. He's exactly right. You need to get it from some other more protein rich sources which could be vegetable like beans not just meat sources.

  • I'm vegan and gluten intolerant. I'm doing Eat stop Eat and trying to eat larger amounts of protein to build muscle for dancing (I am female). I eat beans and I'll have some soy products like veggie dogs and soy yogurt but only in moderation because i have heard bad thing about soy products. But I have this protein powder and it's called 'Brown Rice Protein Powder' and there is16g of protein in 1 scoop and only 80 calories. So for all vegans and gluten intolerant people there you go :)

  • Hey, are you still doing eat stop eat? Just wondering...

Also, I would say that most people who rely on protein from fruit also consume veggies, nuts, and seeds. With that combination, do you think its a far stretch to try and meet your protein needs?

  • getting all your protein from fruit would be insane.

i have about 200g of protein a day, that is a lot of bananas :P

i will stick to meat i think, so so much cheaper and tastier!

  • Your chair looks very comfortable

  • i love your videos

    always something new to learn

    keep it up brad
