  • Absolutely amazing. When I was in Rehoboth Beach visiting DFH pub, I gave a guy at a local pub one of my IIPAs. He bought me one of these as a returned favor. Totally impressed. It actually did away with my bias opinion on canned IPA's.

  • @djdevelope32 Yeah I really liked this one. I thought the oak really added a punch to the orange flavors in it.

  • how did I miss this one?! One of my favorite oaked IPA's rigt up there with Rumble... have you had Rumble?

  • Very solid brews from them, the packaging they come in are really neat too. Easy for this to be the everyday beer you'd keep in your fridge.

  • @DireAxis Agreed! THis was a fantastic offering from them. Wish it was year round

  • l'm seriously pissed off at myself for passing on this beer when it was right in front of me. I've looked for it since and no go. At 9.7% a six pack was well under 10 clams. WHAT A FOOL AM I? a big one, I snoozed and now I'm cryin'

  • @RJPX50 Yeah for the money it was really solid

  • @RJPX50 You should be mad! I picked up the last four pack of this today!

  • We are reviewing this one tonight. I like your review. We are looking forward to tasting this one. It sounds cool. I've read several good reviews of this one.

  • Love the Can design..

  • @sofakingdrunk66 Yeah the box the 4 pack comes in looks really cool too.

  • Sounds like another good one I can't get here. Ah well, such is life.

  • @KeithsBeerReviews haha I feel the same way sometimes!

  • Ah man. The Hop Crisis looks so good... Can't get any in FLA; have to go to Georgia and pick it up. This one is on my list to pick up. Only had Fireside Chat and thought that it was great. Thanks again Chris. Cheers!

  • @djmx121 Yeah this was a great beer. I wasnt a fan of the fireside chat the can I had tasted "off". oh well

  • Ha, I got a few cans of this in my fridge, gonna review it soon. I like what they are doing. Their Monk's blood is really good. I would love to see them do a few more special beers like this one.

  • That sounds similar to Hair of the Dog's Blue Dot. It was the most orangey double IPA I've ever had. Sounds good, man. I think I'm gonna give this one a try.

I like how you got this beer right when I saw it in stores :)

  • Im 19 wich in canada is the legal drinking age and i just have one Q: how do i become a beer geek?

  • @islesoilesfan haha just search out the best craft beer you can find! Cheers

  • Hey man i just want to say your reviews really got me into quality brews and now im starting all grain homebrewing. Thanks for everything

  • @rawimpact Nice! Thanks for watching! Cheers

  • Sounds AWESOME. I love really citrisy IPA's so I have to try this one. They distribute to my state so hopefully I can find it.

  • Is it accurate to say this beer is from California when the cans are brewed in Minnesota?

I always refer to wehre the brewery's headquarters are, I guess that's what most people do. THat's why everything associates Samuel Adams with Boston when all of their beers are brewed in Cincinnati and Latrobe, PA.

A couple of 21A beers have started showing up here in Albany. I hope they get the higher end stuff.

  • Sounds pretty interesting. Wayne from Cigar City gave me some ideas with using certain woods in IPAs.

  • @StumpyJoeJr Yeah CC does some crazy stuff with different woods. They love their cedar

  • do some vermont beers like rock art "vermontser" or tripple bag or double bag from long trail

  • @th1nonlydg88 I reviewed ROck Arts Juniper Stout.

  • First~haha! Great review Chris!
