My method was a little different. I ran into the bottom Chuck with the shell, then hit the ? block at the right time which got them all.
How I stopped the second red shell? Well, I kinda did a glitch in one of the corners. I could show it via LP, but the sound lags off the video WAY too much for some reason.
Oh, yeah. I made that difficult level because it was requested. chanx7245 (whom I mentioned in my video) wanted me to send him a hard level as a birthday present, and that was the result.
Actually, after you kill the Chucks and activate the coin blocks, you're supposed to fall into the pit, run to the left (so Mario can get a good running speed), and then run back to the right and hit Mario's head against the coin block. Then the scrolling will work.
