@DJJOHAN33 n This came out in 1985. So you see - much earlier than the GnR-Cover. In my (humble) oppinion GnR doesnt cover Dylan - they covered this band. Heaven was an Australian band and Axl Rose as well as Slash were influenced by a lot of Australian musicians and bands. Best known is Rose Tattoo.

Yes "HEAVEN". Contrary to popular belief there were lots of rock bands pounding the Earth long before Guns N Roses took the stage and ascended the hard rock throne. Don't believe me well consider this; Axl & Slash had to get their inspiration from somewhere, right.
