@Flightyman When I was posted to Gagetown the establishment I worked with had about a dozen Marines over the year, as well as NZ Defence force, and Jamaica Defence force. It has been proven that a Canadian tank crew is better than an American....using their M1 as well, we have the best sniper school in the world, and the best SOF training system in the world....small but mighty my friend. Yama is just small but insecure, living in Mommys basement. ;)

Yes he is cocky in this episode and made some dumb mistakes..... but at the same time he is a Master Corporal and the other guy wasnt at the time of the episode. In that situation as you know as a Marine....one guy listens, and one guy follows. I am sure the Corps has some sort of principles of leadership that get taught.
