yes the wii has inferior graphics, but I love the method of aiming and shooting with the wiimote, a la Resident Evil 4 (except for the lack of a side strafe).
I love RE5 on PS3, but if they had a port of it to Wii using a similar aiming setup as 4, I'd love it that much more.
I couldn't agree more, hopefully Playstation Move and Project Natal will work with RE5 as they would provide a similar if not better style of gameplay.
