Now, I'm not totally sure what settings you have to adjust his face to make look spot-on, but he'll still look damn close if you stick with my settings. Now, for his suit, you need to go to 'Impressions' and buy a long sleeve buttoned shirt w/ bow-tie (white shirt, buttons, and red bow-tie), a men's blazer (light gray), dress pants (forget the exact name for the pants, but you'll need them in light gray to match the blazer), and finally, white loafers. And that's how you make Pee-Wee.

Pee-Wee is one of my favorite characters to make in SR2, I'm not sure what 360Random did to make his Pee-Wee, but what I do is start out by switching out his body-type to 'skinny'. Then make sure he has brown/hazel eyes, black hair with spikey bangs, a little bit of make-up applied to his cheeks. As for emotions, compliments, and taunts, I usually select a joyful expression, a laughing compliment, and a screaming taunt.
