  • Had missed this one! Thx for posting. Nice to see what you get up to when you're at work!

  • that ain't work

  • Why do I almost think you were tempted to add "...even you could do it"? - and in a nice way, LOL!!! That's what experts are for. The rest of us just watch from the safety of the peanut gallery. And often applaud.

  • And: I saw "Dead End" and I was thinking, "OH NO!!" and the next scene was going to be a rig rolling down a hill and catching fire!

    :)

  • It would be nice to get a new truck.

  • Squeeky wheel gets the grease, non?

  • apparently the squeeky wheel does'nt get the grease, otherwise it would'nt be squeekin, non?

  • Pretty darn philosophical for before the dawn, arn'tcha?

  • usually, when I'm sharp as a stack,shark as a tap,something like that

  • DANG! I'm headed out the door. Later O Sharp One.

  • Thought pretty much the same thing, lol!

  • Why didn't you give the driver the ol' "air horn gesture' at 0:56?

    You do construction, mostly?

  • should of,That's all I do.

  • nice D9, have you seen my D9 on my sight. very nice machine to cart, really love carting scrapers.

  • Thanks Rob,we don't have alot of scrapers, and most of them are the 615 size, liked watching your rig on that turn pretty cool

  • any of them quad trailer axles steer??

    kool vid.. thanks!

  • you know the U.S. has never really gotten on board with the steering axles,i don't know if it's because our streets are wider or what ,but they would come in handy at times, thanks cheep.

  • actually the ones here dont seem to turn any sharper..it just saves the 2 last axles on a quad (one on a 3 axle float) from wearing out by scrubbing.

Maybe I can ask a driver or video one turning.

  • A lot of them have axles that lift off the ground when they run empty ,but loaded they are all on the ground, and they do scrub like hell.

  • awesome video.. thats some serious hauling!

  • Thanks Nanoose,love it.

  • HUGE! OMG! that was so big. U keep showing me bigger and bigger "loads" ....

  • Monstrous.,Gigantic,Humongous.

  • cool.. i used to operate a D-8 years ago with my brothers bridge crew. Sure miss that paycheck!

  • I'll bet ,fun job to,thanks,smiley.

  • wow, that looks and sounds like a VERY heavy load...

By the way I liked the sound of the escort car seen at the last seconds. Sweet.

  • Thanks irreo, yeah it's one of the heavyiest pieces we haul, never heard the escort till you pointed it out,did sound cool.

  • NICE vid grant how wide is that trailer must be 10foot to take the D9 but it would sit nice on our 9'6 4 axel steering trailer

  • well, at least the 'oversize load' sign wasn't covering the headlights...

i was following a truck one day with an oversize load and he had very meticulously placed his sign over his tail lights, so no one had any idea if he was stopping, turning or going straight ahead.

  • Thanks for the tip, might have to try that should be good for a few laughs, thanks Gary.

  • Awesome video as per normal. Man that looks like a heavy bastard especially by the sound of the truck working.

  • Thanks Bro.had a pretty nice little pull going on.

  • Whats that D-9 weigh?

  • I'd say somewhere around 105,000to 115,000

  • Dam thats one big cat the truck is working dam hard but sounds great 5*

  • thanks Vic.they're always working hard dragging equipment around.

  • great video

  • Thanks hudson.

  • looks like a heavy ld,how heavy do those lds get, great background scenery too.

  • dozer abt 110,000,truck and trailer around 55;000,thats just a guesstimate.

  • Dam Grant...that Pete sounds like she's working overtime haul'n that D9 around. Great Quality on the vid...dont ya love haveing to bring your truck into all that muddy crap!!

  • Yeah I got the smallest engine in the fleet, they don't trust me with a big motor.I probably would hate it more if it was my truck.Thanks,Newfie.

  • You all have Snow on the ground in SLC ? Damn...Cool Vid..You always look like you know what you are doing *GRIN* Gunney

  • man 7" yesterday,if you act like you know what your doing, they'll let you play with anything, lol.

  • I love the D9...the D8L was to be this size of machine when it come out, but the size was too much from what the D8K owners were used too...so they renamed the whole line and and came up with the 9N/R/T. Phased out the L series and added the D11.

  • they are fun to play with wish I could do more than walk em on and off trailers,Thanks bro.

  • nice vid! thats a pretty good sized dozer!

  • yeah it is .thanks Justen.

  • man that thing looks like it weighs a lot, grant, is it heavier then the rock trucks, nice vid,,,

  • Think abt,175,000 gross,definitly heavier.thanks Karl.

  • keep the awesome videos coming!!!

  • Thanks 328
