  • Man is that cool thats nice engine them Lockwood are awesome. Be cool if installed a 100 LB thrust V1 type engine on the Kayak.

  • from the videos that ive seen, it looks like most people use valveless pulsejets to power vehicles. could the normal kind work juat as well? id prefer not to use propane fuel, but to have it run on its own energy.

  • Why is this type of propulsion not used more frequently?

  • Awesome. I would love to make one of my own.

  • Video never does the roar produced by a pulse jet justice. If you like this kind of stuff check out Mech-Sci.com

  • How is it made?

  • HI Bruce,

I've been interested in pulsejets for the past year or so now, and I've been making my mind up to make one soon. I've got your pulse jet downloadable book, but I simply don't have the facilities to make one. Well, I have most of the tools, apart from a welder seeing my father and I wouldn't like to go in that area of metalwork. Is there a way around that in order to build a pulsejet?

    Cheers,

    TIM FROM SOUTH AFRICA!

  • Brilliant!!!!

  • I wonder if it was a good idea having the yellow power cord so close to the exhaust of the jet ...

  • Awesome! Can't wait to see that. When you say TV, is that screening in NZ? If so what channel and when??

  • It will be an episode of the program "Let's Get Inventin". This is my third pulse-jet powered vehicle for that series. Previously I did the pulsejet powered Lazy-Boy recliner and the pulsejet powered hovercraft.

  • I love this guy
