I can barely jog 8 km and these people go 5 times farther than that, I suddenly have so much respect for them, they truly are Ironmen!

I really watch this race. It was my first time in Kona, and I saw it all. Sian and Wendy crawl, Chris Legh falling 100m before finish. Great work!!
